I have purchased two cars from Sandia BMW Mini in the past 6 months or so. On both occasions, I had a great experience. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with the entire process. I never felt rushed or ignored. The financing process was smooth and hassle free. The orientation session to cover all the new car features was informative and appreciated. Our salesperson Frankie, that sold us both of our new cars, was fabulous. She really knows the cars and made us feel welcome. I have purchased many cars over the years and Frankie and the Sandia BMW Mini team have been the best hands down. Thank you!
