Excellent service by the local Casa Autoplex. We were traveling to Alamogordo and our older Hyundai Tucson gave out on us. Had to have it towed in to local dealer for service. Thankful for Bennie and his company. We were greeted by the Sales Manager, Stephen, and one of the salesmen, Braden. Very friendly, and excellent service to guide us about getting to a new vehicle so we can be on our way back home to Indiana. Showed us a couple of options, ended trading in and trading up for peace of mind in a new 26 Hyundai Tucson. Thank you to Jacob and finance knowledge for best finance options. Fernando Sanchez and Christian Hernandez both provided excellent service. They helped me bring my somewhat ambiguous objectives into focus. Together they helped me analyze and eliminate alternatives down to a couple near satisfactory vehicles. Then their knowledge of add ons and minor modifications resulted in ‘creating’ a vehicle that met my every objectives, satisfied my more specific needs and came within the budget ceiling I had set for myself to make my purchase. Without their specific help I would still be surfing multiple websites looking for a vehicle that did not exist “on the shelf”. In casually visiting with other employees in the showroom and on the lot Fernando and Christen are not only the top of the line but I believe they are typical of the service and customer satisfaction orientated people at Casa Ford.

I have nothing but good things to say about Trent Paisley & Larry H. Miller Jeep! My father gave us his 2020 Jeep Cherokee before he passed away this year. I love the vehicle so much but mostly because it’s a part of my dad. When the service 4x4 light came on we were very concerned. My husband took it in to the local dealership and met Trent Paisley who took it right in and through a series of tests found that the PTU had premature wearing and needed to be replaced. The part alone is $1920.. When we picked it up today and there was no charge, I about cried tears of joy! The power train warranty was still good and it paid for the complete repair. We have our great gift back and are driving on cloud nine! Thank you Trent Paisley!!!

This is the worst dealership I have ever seen, they did not want to honor the deal that I had made on the Hyundai website, and then they still cheated me out of $1800 on my trade in! Now there is a bubble the tire of a brand new car that has only 500 miles on it and they refuse to help me with the tire they won't even help with the warranty for the tire. They don't even return phone calls!!!!!!
