I have been very happy with all work done so far by the dealership on the multiple different Fords I own or have owned. Mostly it has been regular service and recall repairs, the prices have been good especially when coupons are available. I would have given all 5 stars had it not been for the additional dealer markup that I was told would not be added when I placed the order for my 2023 Maverick. I may have not been so unhappy about it if it were only a small amount but it was substantial and unexpected.

My husband and I were very pleased with our Oct 2024 experience at Larry Miller Hyundai Albuquerque while purchasing a used 2022 Honda CRV Touring. We received a prompt reply to our inquiry about the vehicle and then excellent service from Sales Associate David Piazza. He greeted us when we arrived for our appointment to test drive the vehicle, was patient while we examined the vehicle, and encouraged us to take our time while accompanying us during the test drive. Since the finance director was busy with other customers, our wait time to complete the transaction was longer than expected. Sales Manager Dawson Turney apologized for the wait and offered to compensate us for the inconvenience by providing a free tank of gas when we were due for a refill. I contacted David Piazza when I was ready to fill the tank and let him know my ETA. He greeted me at the car, rode to the gas station with me, and filled the tank. Once again, he was very courteous. We also had a positive experience with Finance Director Elvis Momlanyuy. We told him up front that we weren’t interested in any of the service plans. He didn’t pressure us in any way and quickly provided the opt out forms. My husband and I would recommend Sales Associate David Piazza to friends, and we wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again if we needed to purchase another vehicle.

I have nothing but good things to say about Trent Paisley & Larry H. Miller Jeep! My father gave us his 2020 Jeep Cherokee before he passed away this year. I love the vehicle so much but mostly because it’s a part of my dad. When the service 4x4 light came on we were very concerned. My husband took it in to the local dealership and met Trent Paisley who took it right in and through a series of tests found that the PTU had premature wearing and needed to be replaced. The part alone is $1920.. When we picked it up today and there was no charge, I about cried tears of joy! The power train warranty was still good and it paid for the complete repair. We have our great gift back and are driving on cloud nine! Thank you Trent Paisley!!!

This is the worst dealership I have ever seen, they did not want to honor the deal that I had made on the Hyundai website, and then they still cheated me out of $1800 on my trade in! Now there is a bubble the tire of a brand new car that has only 500 miles on it and they refuse to help me with the tire they won't even help with the warranty for the tire. They don't even return phone calls!!!!!!
