This is now my second vehicle purchase with this dealership. I filled out everything online and had a quote from Capital One sent it in and other documents they needed. Went for a test drive and withing 20 minutes I was driving home.

2025 F-550. No insentives. No dealer perks, warrently. Nothing. Arrived at the dealership, The truck i came to buy, screaming down the road, certain damage to the Truck. You cant push any brand new vehicle that hard. Takes a break in period of 500 to 1000 miles. Asked the sales person why he would do that? Said there is no break in for new vehicles anymore. Said i wont buy it after that. Pressure, Lies, and the stress from the sales and salesmanager, single piece of paper with a number, no explaination. Pay and get out. An experiance you only see on TV. I've bought and leased new veJared Taylorhicies. Worst experiance. Hope Rich Ford never calls. I would give Rich Ford 0 stars if i could.

Sales person told me the price was 30,000 after a hard inquiry on my credit they tell me it's 40,000. Who does this? Very disappointing. I will never go back !!!!

Wife and I were passing through the 4 corners area this past June going from Phoenix to Chicago. Power steering rack on our 2015 Explorer went out in Kayenta Az. I knew this was going to need factory Ford expertise and we heard several good things about Ziem Ford. Limped the Explorer from Kayenta to Farmington with no power steering. Justin May, was our service writer and was top notch. He was able to get us in the next day. Unfortunately they had to get a new steering rack from Denver and to no fault of Ziem Ford, it took 6 days to get the part. Justin was able to arrange a loaner car which eased the sting of being in beautiful Farmington Nm. for almost a week. ;) Extremely happy with the service we received from the entire service department and would recommend Ziem Ford to anyone!

Upon pickup they tried to convince me an airbag and possible punctured fuel tank Factory recalls were "Courtesy Recalls." I asked for explanation which advisor told me they were only checked it I had experienced a problem with them. I said "I still don't understand. She told me that if I experienced a problem with either, they would look at them and only repair them once free and next time I would be responsible for full payment. Those two recalls were not corrected. Two other service advisors sat idly by not bothering to help the struggling advisor, nor, most importantly a customer. Mind numbingly inadequate unsafe training. I can't believe the liability and ignorance this dealership accepts from its employees.

It actually took me a few months to figure out the vehicle that I wanted and to get everything together. I worked with the same sales person who was very understanding and went along with all of my detours. He helped me find a truck that I am very happy with that I probably would not have picked out to start with. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there wasn't much selection at the time that I visited in used trucks. It was the best experience I have had with buying a vehicle.

My husband and I were about 33 miles outside of Deming when our check engine light came on. We were trying to get back to Northern CA but didn't know if it was safe to drive our Ford Fiesta or not. We called the service department, and Jorge was so polite and helpful. He told us to come on in and they checked it out. Was not critical (light caused by catalytic converter), so we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What a relief! We'll take our car in to our dealership when we get back in town.

I went to Ruidoso Ford after looking at a Ranger at another dealership. The other dealer had a “closer” on staff who honestly just put a bad taste in my mouth. I called Ruidoso Ford and spoke with Pierce Montoya and went to see him the next day. Pierce was awesome! Everyone at Ruidoso Ford was super nice and helpful. It’s a dealership with old school values. The owner’s office is right at the front door and he spoke with me several times. Every single person there was extremely nice and helpful. This is a dealership I would send my family to. The price was great! But more than the price I was treated like a person and not a pay check. If I could give them more stars I would. You would be crazy not to go the Ruidoso Ford. Go see Pierce he will take great care of you!
