Selection and appraisal for trade-in handled before we drove in from out of town and finalized deal within about an hour. Trade-in value matched or beat 2 other dealers and handled on Kelley Blue Book and honored by Carlsbad Ford. In and out and no one got hurt by needless add,ons. I strongly recommend Jeremy and Carlsbad Ford.

I was happy with my Sales person and financing, very happy. My issue is the truck was for sale with multiple open recalls and a broken tonneau cover. The certified inspection MISSED the ENTIRE Hybrid inspection for my Hybrid F150. When I asked about it I was told it's not a problem they were sure it was inspected, Red flag. Then, after I purchased the truck I had to leave it over a week to have the recalls and cover fixed. Who puts a vehicle for sale, after certified inspection, when the vehicle has recalls that specifically state it can cause a crash? Now, I expect a tech to actually review their work but, I should have expected this when the first tech didn't even do the Hybrid inspection, when I got the truck back it had a issue warning every time I started it on the massive center screen so I know the tech saw it. The entire Pro Power system was now offline. So I got my truck back but they caused another issue. After doing my own inspection I found multiple connections that were unplugged and never inspected. I'm sure the dealership is great but the techs clearly don't have a clue as to what they need to do or how to inspect their own work. Not one tech but two missed a major inspection piece and gave a customer a vehicle that clearly should have never been cleared. I love Ford but this dealership needs to get some kind of service supervisor who checks the work of these people as it's clearly not up to the standards of professionalism. Now I'm worried as to what else has been missed.

Wife and I were passing through the 4 corners area this past June going from Phoenix to Chicago. Power steering rack on our 2015 Explorer went out in Kayenta Az. I knew this was going to need factory Ford expertise and we heard several good things about Ziem Ford. Limped the Explorer from Kayenta to Farmington with no power steering. Justin May, was our service writer and was top notch. He was able to get us in the next day. Unfortunately they had to get a new steering rack from Denver and to no fault of Ziem Ford, it took 6 days to get the part. Justin was able to arrange a loaner car which eased the sting of being in beautiful Farmington Nm. for almost a week. ;) Extremely happy with the service we received from the entire service department and would recommend Ziem Ford to anyone!

⚠️ You’ll regret going here! ☢️ Dealt with this Dealer for 6 , LONG years. You are better off driving to ABQ, Santa Fe, Farmington or Arizona. Their sister dealership in Gallup, Champion, is no better. Most of the time the phones have issues, no answer during business hours, not even voicemail. AWFUL *️⃣ They have ZERO idea of what any semblance of CUSTOMER SERVICE is. They are ABSOLUTELY the MOST RUDE people I’ve dealt with at ANY Dealership. You can stand at the desk and it is like they see through you, on their phones, standing around, chatting and joking (can hear convo’s), doing nothing, and wont address your presence. They make you wait around with no sense of urgency or trying to get work done, just EXISTING in the space of the building, drawing a $$ check, not earning one. Frequent turnover or lack of employees. At one point this year they had 1 technician and a Service Manager. Couldn’t get to a ticket for weeks at a time so couldn’t bring vehicle in for repairs. 🗣️ The newest young girl in “Service” ** ALLISON** is inept, unskilled, little to no knowledge about auto anything, and seemingly thinks she is the General Manager of the entire Dealership. She speaks extremely condescending, supercilious, patronizing, pompous and has literally yelled loudly at me, and hung on the phone up on me twice. When talking about my issue, was RUDE, CONDESCENDING, OFFENSIVE, HAUGHTY. In person, was crude, dismissive and reinforced that my observation and verbiage is on point. 📌 This is a consistent attitude throughout this Dealership Family/Employees, to include the Owner, Stacey Corley. I’ve purchased at least 18 cars, all over the country, different brands from Chevrolet, Ford, Toyota, BMW and Lexus, and I’ve even financed through Ford. This “place” tops the WORST (especially in SERVICE DEPT) in customer interaction, caring about the needs of the customer or communication along the way. As well: timely, accurate, thorough, follow through or finding the issue, attempting to replicate instead of saying it’s “intermittent” and charging you for diagnosis, even when UNDER *FORD MANUFACTURER WARRANTY*! Don’t walk, but RUN to a different Dealership, as once you get stuck, you’ll recall this post.

It actually took me a few months to figure out the vehicle that I wanted and to get everything together. I worked with the same sales person who was very understanding and went along with all of my detours. He helped me find a truck that I am very happy with that I probably would not have picked out to start with. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there wasn't much selection at the time that I visited in used trucks. It was the best experience I have had with buying a vehicle.

My husband and I were about 33 miles outside of Deming when our check engine light came on. We were trying to get back to Northern CA but didn't know if it was safe to drive our Ford Fiesta or not. We called the service department, and Jorge was so polite and helpful. He told us to come on in and they checked it out. Was not critical (light caused by catalytic converter), so we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What a relief! We'll take our car in to our dealership when we get back in town.

I went to Ruidoso Ford after looking at a Ranger at another dealership. The other dealer had a “closer” on staff who honestly just put a bad taste in my mouth. I called Ruidoso Ford and spoke with Pierce Montoya and went to see him the next day. Pierce was awesome! Everyone at Ruidoso Ford was super nice and helpful. It’s a dealership with old school values. The owner’s office is right at the front door and he spoke with me several times. Every single person there was extremely nice and helpful. This is a dealership I would send my family to. The price was great! But more than the price I was treated like a person and not a pay check. If I could give them more stars I would. You would be crazy not to go the Ruidoso Ford. Go see Pierce he will take great care of you!
