I took my 2017 Renegade in on April 15 for a check engine light. They determined I needed an engine, which was under a lifetime warranty by Chrysler. After months Chrysler cancelled my warranty, delays were caused by Miller Jeep not responding to requests from Chrysler for information. I picked the vehicle (in pieces) up on September 2 and took it to my mechanic. Miller Jeep would not give me a price to do the work. When it arrived, several parts were missing, including the battery, A/C compressor, and entire exhaust system. over the time there, I was told outright lies about status, including that parts were ordered and on back order. I would caution anyone from using this company.
