However after Christian explained and demonstrated the features we felt relieved and at ease. He answered all our questions in such a way that it was easy to understand. We were very impressed by his professionalism.

I am STILL regretting my purchase from Sisbarro Buick GMC in Las Cruces, NM 2 weeks ago!! I was there last week picking up a part of my trailer hitch and was confronted by Alex, a general manager. Alex acknowledged the negative review I left originally and stated, "We take those seriously around here", as they should. If you're a happy customer you will probably tell 10-15 people but if you're an unhappy customer you will most likely tell 20-30 people. Alex said they wanted to make it right and would look into getting a rack put in the truck just like the rack that was in the truck that I traded in to them. Adam called me Monday to say he found a rack for $860ish and Ron says I have to pay half, sounded fair, even though that is not what Alex said would happen. Then I remembered I was promised "above factory prices" for my trade in AND "employee" prices for the truck I purchased per Gary, through a phone called I received personally a few weeks ago. I KBB the truck that Ron V. sold me for $63,000 (he said over a half dozen times, "this truck is worth $100,000 brand new on the other side of the lot", even though that was irrelevant) and the trade in value was $49,000-$52,000, private sale was $55,000. DOES THAT SOUND LIKE EMPLOYEE PRICES TO YOU?? Be warned they are just trying to boost their sales with this scam that "The oil fields are booming again and there is a large order for trucks "like yours"!!! They falsely promise "above factory prices on your trade in and employee prices on your new purchase". Do not fall for their fast talk!!

I know alot of people in Santa Fe and surrounding towns , because of my horrifying experience with them I am going to bad mouth them and will continue to use any source, form and means nescessary to do so. them

If you want a dealership who will support you over the life of your vehicle - do NOT go here. This dealership has been in decline for years. It is sad to see. I strongly advise you NOT to take your business to them. Their service is atrocious. They cannot turn vehicles quickly, mislead you on their service timelines, will not return calls, are not proactive, are unresponsive, have massive employee turnover (not surprising) and are impossible to work with. Myself and others have repeatedly been lied to, ignored and denied timely repairs. Do NOT go here.

Unprofessional – Be warned I took our 2007 GMC Acadia in to have a daytime running lamp replaced. After I got home, my wife noticed the front grill was crooked next to the light they had worked on. I opened the hood to find that NONE OF THE SCREWS WERE PRESENT that had been removed to replace the light. I took the car back to the dealership. I told them the parts had been there when we took it in and that the front grill had not been crooked when I gave it to them. The tech, "Gary" (who had performed the work - Tech #5367) told me and the Service Manager the parts had been missing when he worked on it. That is B*!1 $#!+ because noone has been under the hood of our car accept "Gary." They tried to argue with me about how I had caused the crooked grill by "probably hitting something." I told them it was unprofessional to argue about it, but repeated that it had been fine when I gave it to them. They weren't even willing repeat the installation process to ensure there weren't any other missing parts or to examine the grill (which was fine when they got it) to straighten it. They said they would "make it right" by "giving" me some extra screws and rubber stoppers they had laying around the shop. The Service Manager and Tech worked together to reinstall these parts. Then, when they said they had fixed it, I opened the hood. One rubber stopper was still missing, two of the screws were in the wrong place, and one was still missing completely! I had to point this out to them, as though it is my job to know how to put the car back together! This is basic stuff. The reason we pay extra $ to a dealership is for the professionalism of them doing the job right and knowing that they will make it right if they make a mistake. These guys weren't professional, messed it up, tried to blame me for the missing parts, wouldn't even examine the problem thoroughly to try to fix it, and wouldn't have even put all the parts back in the second time if I hadn't been double checking their work. They didn't stand behind their work. Sunshine GMC of ABQ NM won't work on any of my vehicles again. Unprofessional - Dishonest - Didn't stand behind their work - blamed me for their mistakes
