I bought my vehicle from Joshua Motors 3 months ago. Since then I have had numerous issues with it including one now that will cost me over $600 to get repaired, the mechanic has made known to me that the vehicle has had this problem and I was sold the vehicle this way. Upon calling Joshua Motors I spoke to very arrogant salespeople and after 24 hours finally got to speak to a manager who was by far the rudest person I've spoken to in the dealership. Their customer service skills are horrendous, they are not accommodating and basically told me you bought the car you have to deal with problems. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Save your time and money and Shop elsewhere, Joshua Motors is by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with in my lifetime

The car we got the head gasket blew within 2 weeks then the tyranny and shift c solenoid and cam shaft b and turbo then they supposed fixed it now the tyranny is done for and the other problems still going on and now the cam shat a is bad as well and they are supposed to fix that again so we are using a loaner car that is a car for sale off their lot for the 2nd time first time same loaner car wires were showing bad in both front tires and alignment was off second time same loaner car alignment is way way off compared to what it was last time to where the front end of the car is pulling one way in the back end of the car is going the other way we almost rolled with both of our kids in the car and supposedly no one is around to help us get a new loaner car and the first time that we had to use a loaner car after returning this one they gave us a different loaner car and that one the starter was going out and these are all cars that they were trying to sell off of their lot

I have not bought one, but two cars to date from Midland Auto Sales. The first time, they helped me find a car that wuold not break my budget, and they were most helpful in getting me financed in spite of my shaky credit. They were very upfront about the kind of car, and did their best to find one that wouldn't cost me a lot of money to maintain. I was quite happy with the 99 Mercury Cougar! After my credit got better, I was able to come in and get out of my car, and they found me an excellent deal on a 2009 Pontiac G6!! They met my needs in terms of a car, my budget and a car that I enjoy driving thoroughly! I've recommended them to a few friends who also bought cars from them, and if they dont' have the car, they will always get it for you! I am stationed at Tyndall Air Force Base Florida. I called Mike well in advance asking questions about the vehicle particular pertaining to any leaks. He described that he looked over the truck personally and it is in really good shape and no leaks. Even though I'm not mechanically inclined when I arrived I looked over the truck as best I could and determined to buy the vehicle. I also purchased a 3-month service warranty through cars. After getting it home I had serious transmission problems and several leaks throughout the entire vehicle. The engine had two oil leaks, the transmission had 3 fluid leaks, and both gas tanks leaked. All four tires were off road tires and all for rims were rusted Beyond repair, some of which with holes in the rim itself. The belt tensioner arm is shot, the vacuum system is jerry-rigged and must be completely redone, the transmission has to be rebuilt, four brand new tires and rims must be purchased along with all new lug nuts (because all of them are bulging from rust problems), both gas tanks and one fuel pump needs to be replaced, heater core hoses need to be rerouted and potentially replaced, and the coolant reservoir needs to be replaced. This is just the major things that I'm able to find in the first week. There's a bunch of smaller things that need to be fixed or replaced like door attachment, running board attachments, and spare wheel attachments. Even though I paid for three month warranty they will not fix anything because they deem the transmission as broken before contact acceptance. The contract was accepted four days after purchase. So my truck was not covered during my drive home, what a load of crap. Without an inspection they can deem everything broken before contract acceptance and I just wasted $400. Mike also will not help in any Financial way as he claims I bought as is. I understand he is trying to run a business and profit is the bottom line however I feel like I was lied to and a lot of things were hidden to make the purchase. On top of it all before I even flew to New Jersey for the vehicle I requested that he have it inspected by Ford dealer and he refused. Saying that he doesn't have the Manning or time to do it, however he doesn't come into work until 12 and while I was there there were several Gentleman Just sitting and standing around doing nothing. I find his business practices and work ethic appalling and I will be reporting this to the BBB. I cannot say this loudly enough do not purchase any vehicles from this gentleman. He will connive and cheat his way to a buy. I simply requested him to pay for the rebuild transmission and all will be forgiven however $1,800 was too much for him to Bare even though he probably made $3000 off the truck that I purchased

Purchased a preowned BMW , one owner , low miles . Matt stated car just needed a bulb and his" technician " would find out why there was no sound coming from radio . Before I could even get to the "technician " a sleazy oil n lube in Toms River , the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on ... the list just goes on and on ... car won't pass inspection and this guy won't answe calls , emails or texts . You’d expect more from a smaller dealer. They are never in the office. Terrance had given me a price and did’t honor it 5 days later. I spent hours with emails and talking with the and the bank. Never once did he call me! After speaking in the morning and asking a second time for the bill of sale (in two days), I called again to ask for the bill of sale so it can be forward to the lien holder. He then tells me he took a deposit on the vehicle. That’s absolute crap. He should have called me and I would have put the deposit on it. Absolute b.s.!! They’re too small, no warranties and horrible service. They certainly are not helping to shed the New Jersey stereotypes!! I’d run and find a more reputable dealer with some integrity.

He took care of all the paperwork and guaranteed it would pass inspection, which it did. No problems at all, couldn't have been better. My last experience with a dealer was not so good so I was very leery but felt confident with Riverview Auto Sales and as soon as I test drove the car I knew it was the one I wanted and felt comfortable buying from them. I am very happy with my choice and wouldn't hesitate to buy here again. Love my car and would recommend this dealer!

I went to Rob Jacob's Used Auto Sales to look at their selection of cars. I had minimal funds, and honestly, was new to buying cars. Being that my first car was given to me, I had no clue on how to go about buying (and the process involved). After looking at Rob's inventory, I found a car I really liked. I took it out for a drive and loved it. I asked Rob for a Carfax, everything checked out to my liking. I ended up buying the car for what I believe to be a more than fair price. The car (2001 Ford Focus SE) is in amazing condition for its mileage (125,000). Rob and his mechanic, and his secretary were so helpful and so patient with all of my questions. I am more than satisfied with my purchase, and I will definitely recommend to anyone in search (or thinking about buying) a used vehicle. I will go back myself for future car purchases as well. Great place, wonderful people. Consider checking Rob's lot out if you would like a car - you won't be disappointed.

I have never had such a bad experience as the nightmare I am living through after purchasing a vehicle from this place. Phil sold me a cargo van and did not tell me the vehicle ran on CNG! The vehicle was not what I thought it was and the manager is refusing to take the vehicle back. Furthermore, he shared that he currently has another vehicle on his lot that he is selling on consignment for another unhappy customer. Do your homework this place has very old reviews and there are too many sketchy things about this business. I will be filling a complaint with all consumer related agencies such as the FTC, BBB and my local congressman. I will also be retaining an attorney to solve this issue. Save yourselves the aggravation of dealing with a similar situation.

Stay Away From Buying A Vehicle From United Auto Sales In RAHWAY NJ and NEWARK NJ Shame on me for not having the vehicle I traded in for my car checked out by a REAL MECHANIC…. I BELIEVED AAND TRUSTED THEM - Big Mistake. The vehicle I got they swore up and down that there was nothing wrong and it runs great - That Is Not The Case. I have many issues with it, brakes, nails in tires, power steering, electrical and other things. They gave me temporary plates that expired and had me come back for another temporary- it took over a month to get my title and registration- I told them from the beginning I want to keep the plates I have on my car, but they did not listen and got me new plates. After numerous times going back and fourth to the Rahway location and there so called mechanic - from New York, paying gas, tolls, stress and my time….I had enough. They make excuse after excuse after excuse. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs and will be filing a small claims law suit. I have text messages from three different employees or owners, whatever they are to this car dealer. Not sure about all the other reviews they have but this is the ABSOLUTE truth about how bad these people and dealer are.
