Service department worst of the worst Went to the dealership over ten times, my vehicle was in the shop for 52 days within a 3 month period since dashboard cluster kept indicating remote key not detected. It’s safe to say they didn’t have a clue what they were doing, and when they finally fixed it, on the drive home I realized the sunroof only retracts a quarter of a way and the sunshade 3 quarter of the way. I spoke to Marc Scalera (service advisor) and he told me it’s just a setting they have to reprogram - “a quick fix” - and to bring the vehicle in a week because they’re busy. Came back a week later and after waiting a couple of hours, Marc says they cannot reprogram it, a mechanism broke, and they need to disassemble the sunroof and need the vehicle for 3 or 4 days, and the next loaner available in 2 weeks. Two weeks later I receive a phone call to reschedule the appointment for another week because they don’t have enough technicians. A week later, when I returned Marc told me they don’t have any loaner available and they only have one technician working. If that was the case, they should have plenty of loaners available and it’s very blatant they’re giving me the runaround. When I asked Marc why he didn’t notify me, he responded “I didn’t know you were coming” - so much for service advisor. This happened under their supervision and negligence on their part - they showed no remorse. It is apparent they don’t intend to fix the sunroof because is to complicated for them. The first day I took the vehicle to rectify the issue with remote key not detected, Marc Scalera called me and told me that they picked up an error code on my MMI and for them to fix it is going to cost $1,000, but today is my lucky day and they will do it for $750. I told Marc first of all I didn’t bring the vehicle there for that and second of all there nothing wrong with my MMI, he told me that it has the potential of going bad. Think about that - would you pay $750 because “it has the potential of going bad?” That’s your definition of a SNAKE OIL SERVICE ADVISOR. For the record three months later the MMI is still working for the simple reason there is nothing wrong with it and it’s working like a charm. I challenge Jim Desimone (General Manager) and Brooke Canty (owner) to call me so I can elaborate. Audi of Newton continues to say how much they value their customers - well guess what? I’m the customer - show me, walk the walk. I will update this review in the future.

i overpaid all of my savings for this 2002 honda civic (ALMOST 8000$!) thats had a million problems since day one. oil leaks, codes, bad CAT, bad struts, 2 cylinder misfires, a bad 02 sensor, doors not locking or unlocking, on and on. i bought this car 3 months ago and had a million problems. they helped me the third day with one minor one but than just after 30 days they said they cant help me and everything went wrong. than they gave me the wrong warranty information and claim they did give it to me and now my warranty is just about void because ive been contacting the wrong company about it this whole time trying to find my contract. this is the worst dealership ive ever had to deal with and will never recommend it to anyone DONT BUY A CAR HERE. i also reported on BBB if you want more of the story. scam shiesty car dealership. go to a real dealer or get ripped off. they will not even respond to me hence why im pursuing this through consumer affairs as well, i have a report from a certified shop that they sctually had their mechanic put an illegal cheat tube for this car to pass inspection as well that i found out yesterday. also never was told all this work was done or there was an accident at time of purchase. i will be reviewing this on every platform to make all potential buyers aware.

This place is definitely a scam. Walked in waited 20 minutes for someone to help me. Took them 10 minutes to find the keys for the car I wanted to test drive/buy that day. Walked me outside just to tell me it wasn't there and I could look at the other cars there. Then the salesperson just went on their phone and ignored me. This place is trash, save your money.

We got the best deal at Blue Streak--a very nice, mechanically clean suv. And it was actually a pleasant, no hassle experience. No high pressure sales. These guys have been in business a long time, and it shows. We highly recommend them.

100% Dishonest organization. Chris the previous sales manager, George the present sales manager, Tony the owner and Kristian the finance manager have all failed me as a hard working patron. They make false promises just to have you purchase. Once you purchase they do not follow through. The vehicle I purchased which cost me over $50,000 came with a defective headlight, which they promised to fix and never did (cost $3800 to fix). Also unbeknownst to me prior to purchase the vehicle was in a previous accident which somehow they managed to hide from the car fax. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. It is extremely disheartening to say that the vehicle of my dreams became my biggest nightmare. Every time I return to try and get some justice there is another dissatisfied customer there sharing their disbeliefs and disappointments. **PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT SUCH ORGANIZATIONS THAT TAKE FROM THOSE THAT ARE SIMPLY TRYING TO ENJOY WHAT THEY WORK SO HARD FOR** PS. They will rob you blind. Make sure you check the value of the car online before you buy it. Prices are 2 to 3 times more than the car is worth. Interest rate is sky high, I actually got a better rate with a bank than them and that's with a bankruptcy on my credit report.

No pressure from the very hospitable sales staff, however the dealer add-ons (pre-sale service fee, taxes and title and another charge I can't remember) were a surprise that added about 40 percent to the price of the car. It was for an in-demand 2006 low-mileage Corolla listed at $4,995. There was another potential buyer waiting on the lot! Guess buying from a dealership includes these charges. Wish we were able to make a deal. Maybe next time.

These guys sell "nice" cars they get at auction and "recondition" poorly. They offer great prices because they pay below wholesale for them, then mark them up and then their customer service is below 3rd rate. Oh sure, they are nice and accomodating when you are buying a car but when you need something fixed, which WILL happen with their cars, since 99% of them are abused, they either can't fix it themselves and charge you two arms and a leg to "send it out" and have it fixed or they fix it shoddily with half-rate parts. I will never, EVER buy another car from Lee Geller and neither should anyone else.

The other vehicle was a loaded Honda Odyssey we I love it! He and his wife Alexandra handled the entire transaction process professionally and efficiently. They are an honest hardworking auto body shop (hard to find) and stand behind everything they do to the cars. Alex will show you exactly what was replaced on each vehicle and all his cars are like brand new - low miles late models. I searched for months to find the best all-around deal throughout the tristate area and it is very difficult when there are so many internet misrepresentations games being played. That is not the case with Carvan Motors. You pay exactly what he says and processing fees are a flat low rate of $278. They do all the paperwork and you get your permanent plates in just days. I would highly recommend a trip to Carvan to test drive any of his inventory.

I got the information of Cash For Any Cars from one of my friends and he told me that you will get the best price with these guys. I called them up and got the best price for my car. I was not so sure about the deal as dealers usually give higher price on phone and when they show up to buy a car they start bargaining, but these guys amazed me. They bought my car with the exact amount decided on phone and my car was towed away for free in just few mins. I must say that they provide exactly what they say. Highly Recommended.

walked on to the lot and no one greets you. when you walk into their trailer of an office, a bunch of people are sitting around while a tv with cameras look outside, so they know i was there looking at vehicles and still got no help. $16k on carguru. wanted $25k out the door. list price is low to bring you in then hit you with fees to meet their outrageous asking price. almost $2,000 for an unnecessary "pre delivery inspection" while title and registration is under $200. i dont know what other fees they had to meet that $25k. I walked away immediately

I traveled 70 miles to look at a '95 Corvette. When entering the business you fall in love with all the different generation Vettes. It's like looking at watches in a Rolex store, it makes you want to buy one. I met Marty, the managing partner. He wasn't your usual salesman. He told me the pros and cons of owning a Corvette. He had the patience of answering all my questions. When the time came to see the car, it was detailed and had half a tank of gas. It looked great! (Many dealers have cars showing close to empty gas gauges). I took it out for a spin and it was great. However, when returning to the dealers it was making a noise. It was determined that the water pump was shot. Marty stated, prior to selling the car he would have the water pump replaced and check other items on the car. I offered to put down a deposit and he said it wasn't necessary. He would hold the car for me. He also noted the dry rotted tires were just replaced with new ones. Later in the week, Marty called advising the status of the Vette. He also advised me of the final selling price, which I thought was fair and reasonable. On 5/19/17, I drove down to purchase my Corvette. I met Marty and we again "went over" the car. He also mentioned their three month 50/50 warranty. It seemed to be a pretty good deal. He told me he would get me an owner's manual and an extra set of keys for the car. As I drove away, I felt the power of a Vette. I drove 70 miles home and loved the Corvette experience. In closing, I've owned many cars, both old and new. I've dealt with many dealerships and salesmen. I must say the experience you have at Conte's Corvettes and dealing with Marty is heads above the others. It's a dealership that does things the right way.

On very short notice he got the truck to my mechanic for a pre-purchase check. There were a couple of minor issues that Toyota corrected (one pre-purchase, one post-purchase) at their cost. I am very happy with the truck and the service and would recommend this dealer.
