Bought a Jeep Wrangler from them. A week after having it the check engine light came on. Then while driving it, the front end shook violently to the point of almost losing control. Did this several times. I called the dealership and told them about it and they said they would fix it but because I didn't buy the extra warranty for $400, that I would have to pay for labor but they would give me a break on the parts!! How generous!! All this within two weeks of buying it! Whatever happened to standing by what you sell?? Not these guys. Once they get your money and your out the door, they couldn't careless if your entire family dies in the car they just sold you! Had the Jeep fixed somewhere else. Turned out the front axle was totally falling apart and needed replacing. I guess these guys don't check the cars they sell or just don't care about their customers. They just Armour all the wheels and put it out on the lot. Do yourself a favor and don't buy a car from this dump. I'll be happy when I see the place boarded up and closed down!

Their website http://www.alotofcarsnj.com showed multiple car listings with thorough information, pricing and many photos of the vehicle. Ivan and Bill were very helpful and helped me find a car I could afford. I was able to visit the location, examine and test drive the vehicle and drive out a very satisfied and happy customer. A rainbow actually brilliantly shined as I pulled out of the lot! I kid you not! The mechanics were also great! This was a wonderful experience all the way around and the car drives amazing!

This Mini Cooper was a piece of junk from For starters , there was no oil on the dipstick . The oil light kept on coming on and it took 3 qts. 2 days later the light came on again it it was low again. Thete was no visible leak and very little smoke from tailpipe. I dont travel far, just around town and it was going through oil like crazy! Also I guess they never checked the air conditioning, the fuse blows right away and I traced it to a shorted field coil on the ac compressor. Also there is no way you didn't know that it stalls at just about every light. Now the motor went bad on my way to dr today. The car sputtered and died. Found that the coolant entered crankcase. Either crack head or block. Possibility a head gasket. I was able to deal with the little xxxxxxxx but this takes the cake!!!!! Leaving vehicle where it sits. KEEP IT!!!! After multiple phone call and emails the dealership has yet to respond. I did purchase an extended warranty and the salessloth made it very clear that gaskets were not covered. He knew ahead of time it had a failed gasket and really made sure I knew that’s not covered beforehand. The motors no good and the gasket failed and caused the motor to go bad so nothings covered. A whole 40 miles I drove with this car! Jerry is a true snake!

This is no doubt the worst experience I have ever had buying a used van, OMG ,He first told me that he would give me 1000.00 for my trade and thats was cool,then after I drove my van 74 miles home and 74 miles back with my 1000.00 deposit, he changed his mind and he didnt even want my van then, I dont know what not a man of his word. He had me stuck with two vans and again he changed the deal the van had a rack in the back he told me he would have that removed , welll it was still there, I had to take it out, the van was so greasy inside,I had to almost steam clean it...the we made a deal to pay at the dealership office every week, which I did every week for 7 weeks then I go in and find out he sold my loan to a fly by night company in Georga for the rest of the loan, I never got any paperwork from the company for two weeks after but as per his instructions I continued to pay there every week, he and the company agreed to have my checks sent to them till I get the paperwork myself , well one day I was informed that I was one payment behind, he never send in the payment for payment #9 causing me to repay the #9 payment again he said he sent it back to me I never saw the returned check,another lie...well its almost paid and I guess I will have to pay the lasy lost payment because I was threatened if I didnt I would not get my Title ...I guess I will have to sue Chris and affordable auto for the small but mighty last payment.. PEOPLE PEOPLE PEOPLE DO NOT i SAID NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY, THEY DID NOTHING BUT RIP ME OFF AND CHANGE THE AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE SEVERAL TIMES.. Heed my warning DONT BUY anything there...this is just my personal opinion and its all the truth.....

Also it took them weeks and weeks and dozens of phone calls to get them off their butts to send me the title paperwork. A bunch of cheats and sleazers....perfect for Jersey City, NJ.

Service department worst of the worst Went to the dealership over ten times, my vehicle was in the shop for 52 days within a 3 month period since dashboard cluster kept indicating remote key not detected. It’s safe to say they didn’t have a clue what they were doing, and when they finally fixed it, on the drive home I realized the sunroof only retracts a quarter of a way and the sunshade 3 quarter of the way. I spoke to Marc Scalera (service advisor) and he told me it’s just a setting they have to reprogram - “a quick fix” - and to bring the vehicle in a week because they’re busy. Came back a week later and after waiting a couple of hours, Marc says they cannot reprogram it, a mechanism broke, and they need to disassemble the sunroof and need the vehicle for 3 or 4 days, and the next loaner available in 2 weeks. Two weeks later I receive a phone call to reschedule the appointment for another week because they don’t have enough technicians. A week later, when I returned Marc told me they don’t have any loaner available and they only have one technician working. If that was the case, they should have plenty of loaners available and it’s very blatant they’re giving me the runaround. When I asked Marc why he didn’t notify me, he responded “I didn’t know you were coming” - so much for service advisor. This happened under their supervision and negligence on their part - they showed no remorse. It is apparent they don’t intend to fix the sunroof because is to complicated for them. The first day I took the vehicle to rectify the issue with remote key not detected, Marc Scalera called me and told me that they picked up an error code on my MMI and for them to fix it is going to cost $1,000, but today is my lucky day and they will do it for $750. I told Marc first of all I didn’t bring the vehicle there for that and second of all there nothing wrong with my MMI, he told me that it has the potential of going bad. Think about that - would you pay $750 because “it has the potential of going bad?” That’s your definition of a SNAKE OIL SERVICE ADVISOR. For the record three months later the MMI is still working for the simple reason there is nothing wrong with it and it’s working like a charm. I challenge Jim Desimone (General Manager) and Brooke Canty (owner) to call me so I can elaborate. Audi of Newton continues to say how much they value their customers - well guess what? I’m the customer - show me, walk the walk. I will update this review in the future.

i overpaid all of my savings for this 2002 honda civic (ALMOST 8000$!) thats had a million problems since day one. oil leaks, codes, bad CAT, bad struts, 2 cylinder misfires, a bad 02 sensor, doors not locking or unlocking, on and on. i bought this car 3 months ago and had a million problems. they helped me the third day with one minor one but than just after 30 days they said they cant help me and everything went wrong. than they gave me the wrong warranty information and claim they did give it to me and now my warranty is just about void because ive been contacting the wrong company about it this whole time trying to find my contract. this is the worst dealership ive ever had to deal with and will never recommend it to anyone DONT BUY A CAR HERE. i also reported on BBB if you want more of the story. scam shiesty car dealership. go to a real dealer or get ripped off. they will not even respond to me hence why im pursuing this through consumer affairs as well, i have a report from a certified shop that they sctually had their mechanic put an illegal cheat tube for this car to pass inspection as well that i found out yesterday. also never was told all this work was done or there was an accident at time of purchase. i will be reviewing this on every platform to make all potential buyers aware.

This place is definitely a scam. Walked in waited 20 minutes for someone to help me. Took them 10 minutes to find the keys for the car I wanted to test drive/buy that day. Walked me outside just to tell me it wasn't there and I could look at the other cars there. Then the salesperson just went on their phone and ignored me. This place is trash, save your money.

We got the best deal at Blue Streak--a very nice, mechanically clean suv. And it was actually a pleasant, no hassle experience. No high pressure sales. These guys have been in business a long time, and it shows. We highly recommend them.

100% Dishonest organization. Chris the previous sales manager, George the present sales manager, Tony the owner and Kristian the finance manager have all failed me as a hard working patron. They make false promises just to have you purchase. Once you purchase they do not follow through. The vehicle I purchased which cost me over $50,000 came with a defective headlight, which they promised to fix and never did (cost $3800 to fix). Also unbeknownst to me prior to purchase the vehicle was in a previous accident which somehow they managed to hide from the car fax. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. It is extremely disheartening to say that the vehicle of my dreams became my biggest nightmare. Every time I return to try and get some justice there is another dissatisfied customer there sharing their disbeliefs and disappointments. **PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT SUCH ORGANIZATIONS THAT TAKE FROM THOSE THAT ARE SIMPLY TRYING TO ENJOY WHAT THEY WORK SO HARD FOR** PS. I shopped around for months looking at Cadillac, Lexus, BMW, Infinity, Audi, etc. What really narrowed my search was I was on a fixed price point. No pressure from the very hospitable sales staff, however the dealer add-ons (pre-sale service fee, taxes and title and another charge I can't remember) were a surprise that added about 40 percent to the price of the car. It was for an in-demand 2006 low-mileage Corolla listed at $4,995. There was another potential buyer waiting on the lot! Guess buying from a dealership includes these charges. Wish we were able to make a deal. Maybe next time.

These guys sell "nice" cars they get at auction and "recondition" poorly. They offer great prices because they pay below wholesale for them, then mark them up and then their customer service is below 3rd rate. Oh sure, they are nice and accomodating when you are buying a car but when you need something fixed, which WILL happen with their cars, since 99% of them are abused, they either can't fix it themselves and charge you two arms and a leg to "send it out" and have it fixed or they fix it shoddily with half-rate parts. I will never, EVER buy another car from Lee Geller and neither should anyone else.
