The worse experience. - Never again at Kia of englewood
The worse experience. Came to return Kia lease and manager din’t take it. Lease is over and I can’t return it? The worst part is that the manager didn’t even get up to talk to me. He was skewed down behind the counter and talk to me like I’m a homeless person. I asked him for his name and he said that he doesn’t have to give it to me. So….I am at the Kia dealership, trying to return Kia lease and not only that he said ‘I am not taking it’ he also didn’t want to give me his name. What a professional WOW. And when I told him that as a Kia representative he has to at least tell me his name so I know with whom I spoke, he said ‘I don’t have to give you S..T’ Very professional!
So, they beg you to get a Kia Lease but when the lease is over they don’t want to take it back! KIA CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!!! . I did sent a complaint to a Kia corporate and I will make sure I stay on top of it. I also did googe search of that ‘professional’ manager and his name is Nelson Jimenez. Note to the Kia of Englewood owner, please make sure your employee do greet the customers and treat them with respect and not like we are a lowlifes if we decide to return the lease which btw was bought at your dealership! Why would I or anyone ever want to do business with your dealership and Kia itself, if your manager and Kia representative treats me like this?
I did took a photo of your manager so I can identify him, even though he did try to hide himself….lucky for me he was too lazy to even get up.
