Mike the owner raised the price and said that "it was just easier to keep low ratings on the internet to get people interested!! I would not recommend them nor would i ever buy a car from them!

We had a terrible experience with Broad Auto Sales. They are not to be trusted! First, they did not send us our registration before our temporary plates expired. Not only this, but they strung us along and lied to us about having it ready, before finally sending it a full 24 DAYS LATE. That means we had a car that we were already paying for but could not drive for 24 days. We had to find a place to "hide" it so it wouldn't get towed off the street, and had to rent a car to get to work. They gave us a flat "no" when we asked for compensation for the rental, and never offered any compensation at all for their huge error. Other minor issues: Still waiting for them to send the owner's manual that should have been included, 3 months later. The car was a good price, but they charge high documentation fees. They were friendly and helpful enough in person when we bought the car, but it went downhill fast after that!

They know their job.. honestly My husband and I drove from New York to New Jersey the Saturday just to inquire about a nice fit vehicle for myself and my family and trust me when I tell u... the same Saturday We drove out of the dealership with a X5.... they are the best!!!! They allowed me to weigh my options, they carried me through steps and yes they made sure I was comfortable and certain with my choice... the secretary which is the only female staff there was very welcoming and professional.. i guarantee that anyone that goes there won't be disappointed.... they are professional workers, the prices and deals are affordable ... keep up the good work EMGAUTO!!!!!!!! I pay a fee each time one of his checks bounced. If you're going to deal with him, INSIST on cashier's checks or money orders!

I needed a car for my wife, and she fell in love with a 2012 Chrysler 300 that Jim had. We drove it a few times to make sure this was the car she wanted, and we purchased the car. Jim was always exceptionally accomodating and he let us drive several cars as a comparison. We took our time deciding, and Jim was NEVER pushy to get the sale. And the end result is that we ended up with a fantastic car at a great price. It is so pristine that many of our friends thought it was brand new. I cannot recommend Jim's Auto Sales enough!

High Quality Imports is a used car dealership to avoid at all costs. I recently was looking for a used truck and saw they had what I was looking for in inventory so I went to check it out. The salesman Michel Gagin guaranteed me the truck I was looking at was mechanically sound and reliable and had been thoroughly inspected by their mechanics. After a lot of back and forth I ended up purchasing the vehicle, only to find that the truck had some major engine issues that had been temporarily patched up for just long enough to make the sale, it was brought to my attention that the dealership was aware of all these issues and intentionally withheld the information just to make the sale. When I came back to them with the issues looking for some kind of help, they offered me nothing and took no responsibility for having deceived me. High quality imports just wants to make a quick buck off anyone and has no regard for fair honest business. They do not stand by there inventory and will do whatever they can to make a deal, but once you’ve signed and paid, they will do nothing to for you. Michael Gagin will say anything to make the sale no matter how deceitful or dishonest. Buying a used car is hard enough without having to deal with places like this. Learn from my mistake and stay away from this place, and good luck finding what you’re looking for, I hope this helps.

I was in on a 2015 F-150 that was listed for $27,400. I was very interested. Went for a test drive and I was going to purchase the truck. When it came time to review numbers they added a $1,250 destination fee and a $3,850 re-conditioning fee on top of the sale price. If I decided to pay cash they were going to charge a $1,750 non-finance fee on top of everything else. They said the re-conditioning fee was for cleaning and multi-point inspection. When I requested a print out of the service that was done they refused and said that is something they do not do. The truck was dirty and out of gas. It looked like someone leaned on the tailgate and smoked letting all of the ash stick to the truck. We had to stop for fuel on the test drive. I drove two hours one way to see this truck. Very disappointed and frustrated. I’d rate them a 0 if I could.

Not a single thing Ron Maccia promised when entering into a lease has come to pass, including the payoff process. I was concerned about wanting to payoff the lease on an Aston Martin early. Ron said "no problem, we'll just calculate the unpaid balance" and move on. I specifically inquired about an early payoff, his response was "not a problem". When attempting to pay it off early, Mr. "Honest" Maccia sent a payoff of the remaining payments times the number of payments, with not a single penny allowance for paying off early. So Maccia and Shore insisted on being paid $150,000 for a $110,000 vehicle. Very good business deal. Then when the ENTIRE payoff was made, and after 3 emails indicating the title would be sent, Maccia sent a request for another $385 in LATE FEES, citing two payments BEFORE the date of each of the emails. And after promising the title in "two days after receiving the payoff", three weeks later, no title. Maccia is crass, classless, dishonest, and a typical used car salesman crook. Stay as far away from this no account xxxxxxx as you can.

AMAZING SERVICE! I called to inquire about a Nissan Altima that they had and I got connected to Sam. He answered all of my questions and helped me get approved for a loan! I have sub-par credit and I was hesitant to get into another vehicle, I was unsure if I would get approved but Sam honestly got it done. When he called me to come pick it up that the deal was done I was shocked. I honestly couldn't be more happy! He even got me a good payment that I can handle. Thank you Sam and The Selection for your help. I loved the showroom as well very clean and modern. I will be back for sure next time to need to purchase a new car! ASK FOR SAM!!
