Few weeks ago I gave Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill good review, because people there were very nice and helpful. But looks like it was just temporary. I am a PA resident, so when I asked Tina ( sales manager) which location is better to visit for me? She told me, I could go to a Cherry Hill, NJ , because it is the same company. Then I asked the salee person Rowland whether I can get my state inspection there? He told me they could give me the discount and I could get it easyer in Philadelphia, instead I could go to Philly location and get it free, like I did it before. Rowland called me 3 times and start giving me some excuses, like he can't make it work from New Jersey, and Tina didn't even answer my message, but in the beginning she was texting and calling me almost every day to get me in the showroom. I would never go Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill again, because they can't keep their promises to thrle customers and only want to get you into the show room, so you buy the car, and then refuse to assist you. It's not about money, it's about service and promises. 0 Stars....

Desmond is AMAZING! Not only was he professional and courteous, Desmond changed his plans and stayed late to greet me and my son and guide him through the purchase of his vehicle. He is patient and willing to take the time to ensure that his customers walk away better than they came. Overall, we spent less than 3 hours completing the sale and taking ownership of the vehicle. Absolutely horrendous experience! I originally came in with just my fiancé, but my father-in-law joined us when he got off of work. As soon as my father-in-law entered, he realized he wasn’t going to be able to take advantage of me and his whole demeanor changed. For an entire hour, this man refused to give us a price all while continuously belittling myself, my fiance and FIL, my job, and all other teachers and made several racially motivated remarks about the town I work in and where my FIL grew up as well as the town many of mine and my fiancés family is from. He even got irrate after my father-in-law asked the simple question of, "Has he given you a price yet?". After finally coming back with a price that was not in our budget and very different from the advertised deal, the man continued to berate teachers and how "we don’t know anything" and "we're all just looking to come in and pay nothing". After having had enough of his bullying, I respectfully said we were not making a deal and requested to leave. On the way out of the office, Andy continued to make comments such as, “these people”, “you people”, and made a comment about how no other salesperson wanted to work with me, even though I had not spoken to any other salespeople. Of course, all these comments were made directly at me, the female, after my FH and FIL walked ahead. My FIL came back in to confront him and they nearly got into a physical altercation as Andy continued to make comments about us or should I say “these kind of people”. No one else in your store intervened other than to stop my FIL from re-entering until Andy started to get a little louder and bolder with his comments and was then told to leave the sales floor. STAY AWAY FROM PARAMUS CHEVROLET!!!

The salesman was overly pushy. The selection of cars was poor. There was nothing on the lot I was comfortable in. Most of the cars were hybrid. The salesman was determined to make a sale. He tried to convince me to buy a car model that was coming in but didn't have anything similar for me to test drive. He wanted a down payment and said if I didn't like the car it would be refunded. He didn't want to let me leave without putting money down. He even tried getting my husband to buy a new car and give me his. We finally escaped after half an hour.

The car I purchased was sitting in the show room. 2 months earlier I spoke with a sales man and he said they would notify me if a car like that became available. I was never notified. My son saw the car on the internet and notified me that Ciocca had the car I have been waiting for. I wonder why I was never told by the dealer.

Bought vehicle looked very clean. Drove well on 15 min test drive. Unfortunately vehicle overheated on the way home 45 mins later immediately pulled over. Had to be towed off parkway. As we were waiting for tow truck initial sales person texted us and asked for us to give them a high rating when he was told we were broke down. He immediately blocked our # to call or text and also blocked us on all social media. The vehicle had a blown head gasket and is basically not worth the repair. Do yourself a favor steer clear of this business.

Worst customer service / dealer experience I have ever had in owning 8 Volvos - avoid them at all costs - THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND PRICE GOUGE. I made an appointment for programming a new key fob for my daughter's 2008 S40. My daughter and I checked in, were told the cost would be $600+, and were told it would take an hour to program the new key. After waiting 1 hour 45 minutes, my daughter asked why it was taking so long. The service employee stated "we are having a small issue with programming the new key". He sent the service manager over who reiterated that excuse. His explanations did not make sense and he kept saying the programming was taking longer than expected. When I kept asking what the problem was and how much longer it would take I was told "I have something to tell you and I don't think you are going to be very happy". He told me the new key fob they ordered HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED AND THEY HAD NO NEW KEY FOB ON SITE. They knew this when they checked us in, told us it would cost $600+, would take an hour to program the new key, and "please have a seat in the waiting area". LIES, LIES, LIES. If my daughter had not asked about the delay, they were NOT GOING TO TELL US - THEY LEFT US SITTING WAITING FOR 2 HOURS FOR A KEY THEY DIDN'T HAVE. The service staff we spoke to all knew the key wasn't there, but chose not to tell us. We immediately left. If they will lie about not having a part on site when they check you in, what else will they lie about when performing maintenance on a vehicle? THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! We then took our car to Kundert Volvo in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ who had the key in stock, took an hour to program it as promised, and cost $100 less than Edison Volvo.

We had a great experience with Bridge Auto Group on December 10, 2024 especially with our sales man Bob Weiner. He did not over sell the car we purchased, he allowed the car to speak for itself. He was patient, warm and we thought he did an excellent job with the whole buying a used car experience. We would definitely recommend Bob and this dealership to others.

First visit for electrical problem $800 (which I do understand the difficulty). They took out the tire pressure module said that may be the problem but hard to tell. The next day same issue. On the 2nd visit they had it for a week but needed an additional $800, I declined the additional work. Went to pick up the car they never re-installed the TPM module. Told me that it would give the next mechanic a starting point. I did not drive the car immediately due to the electrical issue. When I moved it a few days later I noticed the front bumper was falling off the car. I called service department multiple times over a week, left messages NO response. When I finally talked to the service manager he of course said it didn't happen at the dealership. I took a pic of my car they day it was dropped off, no damage. He did not want to see the damager. He told me my car really wasn't worth repairing and he can 'hook me up' with the sales department. I turned the claim into my insurance, $5000 worth of damage. And yes, I did get the electrical issue resolved for a fraction on the dealer cost. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. Very unprofessional.
