we recently had an excellent experience at Circle Subaru, which we wanted to comment on. My daughter had tried out several preowned models and finally picked out a certified Crosstrek, working with Steve Schwartz. My wife and I were also trying to help with this process. Steve was knowledgeable, personable, extremely professional, and most importantly highly supportive of our daughter, who was having a tough time (but luckily is doing much better now). Steve displayed the utmost patience and did his best to put us all at ease. We truly admired his low-pressure and relaxed style and are definitely planning to return to Steve for our next vehicle. He is a warm and remarkable person who is a credit to the operation at Circle. (we hope his mother reads this.) We would recommend him 110% and only hope that he is able to train the incoming generation of sales specialists to take after him. Thank you Steve!!

His diligent work gave us the incentive to visit the dealership. We drove all the way from northwestern NJ. Randy, the salesman, who worked with us during the test drive and closing, is a great credit to Freehold Subaru. He is the kind of salesman we like the most. Listened to our questions and concerns, provided all the information we requested, followed up, but never got pushy. He is genuinely good person. Carlos, the sales manager, is a great leader and friendly. His department is well run. He is very professional, stands by his word. David, the finance manager, handled the paperwork with great, humor, patience, and knowledge. We had also a very good discussion with Greg, the service manager, about spare wheel options. In summary, we experienced a flawless, trustworthy dealing, and closed the purchase the same day as the test drive. We highly recommend Freehold Subaru. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!! A BUNCH OF CONMEN WHO BACK EACH OTHER'S LIES!! BUYER BEWARE!!! My husband brought a car, less than a week later it died, and we were told "Oh Well" you didn't purchase the extended warranty!!! Are you kidding me???? Our salesman was "New" and told us over 10 times throughout the process. He kept having to consult his Mgr, Sean Abbott who assured us that even though he's a "Used Car Salesman, I'm Not an #%?!@&$, if something happens to your car within the 30 days, I'm gonna fix it." An absolute truth, but when he was called on it in front of HIS Mgr., Clayton, he denied he ever said that!!! Turns out, you are an "#%?!$& Sean ~ Your words, not mine. I spoke with Clayton and he also said, Oh WelL, you should have brought the Extended Warranty, there's nothing we can do!?!? We had the car LESS THAN A WEEK and the Battery died. They charged my husband $382 to replace it!!!! I requested a call from Clayton's Mgr. Josh, still to this day I have never received that call. I asked for his number, he said, "He doesn't really have a number because he travels around, and I'm not giving you his cell number. I said I would still like to talk to him, THAT WAS ALMOST A MONTH AGO!!! ONCE THE SALE IS DONE, THEY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!!!

This is our second Subaru from Ciocca and it was the most hassle-free experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We LOVE our Onyx Edition Subaru and the wonderful features it comes with. Plus the Turbo WOW and just the whole package including the black rims. Highly recommended to start your search at Ciocca because even if you don't buy a Subaru, you will find the vehicle that is right for you. But get a Subaru already! Also talk to Elvis who will put you at ease and help you through the entire sales process. Looking forward to years of safe driving. Before Ciocca took over, I had purchased and was very happy with sales and service of 3 Subarus. Now it’s apparent they fit the bill of a “typical” dealership; expensive, questionable ethics and pushy service staff. $120 to replace windshield wipers, $600+ to replace spark plugs versus $300 my certified mechanic charged for the same. I’m in the market for a new vehicle now, but as much as I like Subaru and would be happy to purchase another, it will not be from Ciocca.

With a servicing contract, we drive close to 30 miles to reach Olden Ave on a Saturday. We were running late due traffic and was never told when making the appt that the Service Dept were to close early that day. We called ahead and upon arrival, RuthAnn made accommodation and happily took us in for our first Oil Change with tire rotation. We were out in abut 30 min. At another Suby dealer, the wait is usually about 90 min the last 7 years. Thank you RuthAnn. A few services ago at the other Suby dealer, the dipstick was not returned to its location. Went under the hood the next day to take a quick look. All good but noticed the windshield fluid was very low and not topped off.
