I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Hackettstown Honda, especially thanks to Service Advisor Mike Hoffmann and Technician Tyler Zehnbauer.
I came in unexpectedly, completely panicked, with twin toddlers in the back seat and nails stuck in my tire. Mike immediately saw the urgency of the situation and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. From the moment I walked in, he was calm, professional, and incredibly attentive—not just to my car, but to me and my kids, too.
He reassured me they’d do everything possible to get us back on the road quickly, and he delivered on that promise. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, and Tyler worked efficiently and skillfully to get the repair done. It was clear that both of them truly cared—not just about the car, but about helping a mom in a stressful situation.
Thanks to Mike and Tyler, what could’ve been a nightmare experience turned into a smooth fix. Their kindness, professionalism, and urgency meant the world to me. I’m so grateful!
