I'm feeling ripped-off by the parts department.
A Low Battery Voltage light came on so I looked for a replacement battery for my 2019 Highlander. The NTHSA.gov site said I needed a Battery - Part Number 28800-31550. Their parts site listed this battery for $361. I called and they said there was one left.
When I arrived, they said that that part was discontinued. The replacement battery - 00544-24FEF-TS 168 was available so I said Ok, and they charged me $361.97. Back home I went online to verify the Start/Stop feature on the battery and the price for the substitute battery was $261.51, $100 cheaper. The guy at the counter said they gave me "the counter price not the online price". No sympathy, not a "Heads up" when he was substituting the battery, just an old fashioned screw job by another car dealer. Most retailers would call a manager over and adjust the price. Not them. I left feeling ripped-off and vowing never to go there again.
