I called Buhler a few weeks ago on a Monday morning at 8am freaking out because my radio blew out during an upgrade so Mike in the service dept told me to come right in.. after being turned away from 4 dealerships I was so relieved. I got there & Mike greeted me and reassured me that it'll be fixed. A new radio had to be ordered so he shared my concerns about my battery draining with the radio being stuck in the error mode & he had a tech take the radio back out & disconnected it so I wouldn't have a battery issue. The radio came in yesterday & I brought it in at 7am today & was back in my truck on my way home at 8am. Words can't express how happy I am with the service, the employees & the dealership itself. Lifelong customer from now on. Next purchase we are coming straight to Buhler! Thank you!!

The Cadillac service is so far one of the best I have ever been to. I worked with Brianna and she not only went above and beyond to ensure what my warranty covered and that I all that my car needs were met but secured a loaner car for me since my car had to spend a day there. The work they did was amazing. Brianna and the others there truly care about their customers and their pricing for service is reasonable. Wether you purchased your car there or not - I highly recommend you check out Cadillac of Mahwah.

All I can say is wow. I came here to purchase a car for my son and I had no intentions of finding a car this fast. Michael greeted me and was very approachable, I was interested in an 09 Buick and he really helped me make my selection. I visited many other dealers and I couldn't find a deal as awesome as this, with such great service. I will definitely be referring my friends to EMG!
