Alexander Motors met all my requirement when I needed to purchase a car. I was greeted by a very freindly and knowledgable salesperson named Tony. He allowed me to look around without being overbearing and pushy, his attitude was freindly and helpful. When I had narrowed down my search to three cars in the price range that I was able to afford with all the options and requirements that I needed, he let me drive all three. When I made my decision and we were doing the paperwork he took the time to explain the warrenty and what it did and did not cover, as well as recommeding service advice. As a woman, I felt enough confidence in the salesperson as well as the product that I would recommend this dealership to all my friends. I will certainly return when the need arises again.

Waited 2 weeks for a service appt while my AC is not working. The night before my appt I am told a customer is late in returning a loaner so its not available. The next day I am told there are no loaners for another month and they "are reserved for customers who purchased from them". Great customer service.

Had to take my car in last month for clear coat etching... - bennymetal

Had to take my car in last month for clear coat etching (bird poop) on the hood. This was my first time service request and scheduling was easy. There is a lot of construction in progress at the dealership and despite this they are very well organized in temporary trailers. I waited for the car and they had me in and out quickly. Not only did they fix the etching mark but they cleaned the entire car. I was very happy and will continue to have my car serviced here.

Horrible service department. Too E350 to be repaired there. I was assure by Mike car would be fixed. Almost 3 weeks with no car, 5 different occasions there and car is still not repaired. I paid them almost $1,600 to be told to take it somewhere else, they did not have proper equipment to diagnose. Stay away.
