Service dept. is more like lack of service. My wife's 2012 Fiat 500 had a recall that she was never apprised of. When, because of this defect, her car became inoperable, I called the service dept. to see how soon I could bring it in. I was told it would be 2 weeks. I asked if there was any way I could drop off the vehicle earlier and if they had a cancellation they could squeeze it in. I was given a flat "NO". Not what I call customer service!!!

Would never go back after purchasing 2 vehicles from them. Bought my jeep in for service for a problem and after spending 2000 dollars the problem still occurred. Now they want another 1500 dollars to try another fix. They are guessing to fix my issue spending my hard earned money. I called to speak to my service person who just gave me the runaround talking to me bery rude as I was stupid. I asked if he will guarantee that the 1500 will fix my problem this time and he wouldn't commit. So I believe I wanted 2500 dollars the first time. I called to speak to the service manager regarding my issue and he never returned my call I will never go back to pur have or service a vehicle with Ramsey jeep

Just had my regular up to date service done on my Subie at the Ramsey Subaru Service Center in Mahwah. Because of different circumstances, I could not schedule a real appointment. However, I was able to utilize their Express Service option, which is perfect. My Express Service Advisor this time was Max McMahon and he is very knowledgeable and kind. He answered all of my concerns and kept me informed of the status of my car while I relaxed in their clean, comfortable, stress free lounge. Thank you again Max and the Service Technician who worked on my car.

John in service were great. I had a rush job - called in the morning, they saw me at 3pm and I was out in an hour. No hassle. Also, they did a nice quick wash - didn't expect that but much appreciated. Esma was very courteous and kind and got me in and out quick. Mike K is great with the onboarding / tutorial - very knowledgeable and helpful on getting that Google system up and running.

They picked up our car, delivered a loaned, and returned the car the same day in a snowstorm! Awesome, and no charge for the initial service. It is very clear to me, just as a customer, that the management, especially the service management, at Reinertsen is very technically proficient. They really understand the cars they work on and do not just "replace parts." You feel like they are your own "pit crew" and they want to be sure that you are both safe on the road and that your car is working perfectly. It is always very clean and organized and I like how the service bays are in full view of customers. They give me absolute confidence that my car is getting the best care possible. Additionally, they make customers feel well-cared for as well. But other dealers are good at that, while in the meantime your car is out of sight and sometimes the repairs are done badly if at all. This has never been the case at Reinertsen.

I have a very old Jetta, and it runs great, because of the great service at Reydel. I have kept the car up with all of oil changes, etc. and if it wasn't for the service department I am positive it wouldn't be running as great as it does. I would not even think about going anywhere else. The service area is always clean and neat. I needed a loaner car, and there was no problems arraigning for one. highly recommend them. It is great to get a car, but it is even more important to keep it running smoothly.
