I had an oil, transmission fluid change and a warranty item addressed.
Waiting around, finally go out in the parking lot and my CRV is there. After waiting around for another 45minutes for them to call me to finalize the bill. I went down to the billing group to find out what the status of my car was. I was told to find the service advisor. The blonde woman who I asked the question to seemed to have an attitude. Its not my fault you are working there and don't like to interact with customers paying big money for repairs.
Finally got the bill and it was almost 600.00 dollars. I mentioned this to the woman handling the payment that this amount was high and i had the same work done on another CRV two weeks prior. Again received an attitude and was told to find the service advisor. She works there she should have gotten the service advisor to come inside to address. Real lazy.
Finally got the service manger involved and got the bill corrected. Took well over and hour to get out of that place. I guess wasting my time is ok.
I have been a customer at Madison Honda since 2008 and have purchased two CRV's there. Last time I do any business there.
