Poor repair workmanship and horrible customer service. I wrote a letter to the Service Manager, Mr. Lattimore regarding the why I was treated by the Assist. manager, David Parla. In addition, my vehicle had to be returned for the same problem 4 times, then a new diagnostic was done, then another problem was found. I was confronted with hostility and disrespect by the Assist Manager, David Perla, who talked to me like my business didn't matter. The vehicle from the day I picked it up in October 2024, until April 2025 had to be returned 4 times for the same problem. I was questioned if the work was still in warranty? Unbelievable! I agreed to an additional repair with a partial credit applied. I was a customer for 15+ years and two cars serviced over this period and I will never return again to this dealership!
