I purchased a 2017 Fusion still under warranty when I expirienced electrical failure. After returning to the dealer where I purchased the car who didn’t have the time to help me , I called Smith who were very helpful.
I appreciated their understanding and responsive nature.
This is the type of service Ford should expect from their dealers.
My ford is only 2 yrs old with low mileage electrical failure should not happen. I question my purchase but the service at Smith Motors was not.
