Very efficient and mindful of my time. The service technicians are the best in the industry and the service writers (Ray and Jim each helped me) fully informed me of then service required, the exact cost (extremely reasonable) and the next recommended service (200,000 miles). My car would not have been anywhere near approaching this milestone without Teterboro Jeep performing all my routine maintenence.

First visit for electrical problem $800 (which I do understand the difficulty). They took out the tire pressure module said that may be the problem but hard to tell. The next day same issue. On the 2nd visit they had it for a week but needed an additional $800, I declined the additional work. Went to pick up the car they never re-installed the TPM module. Told me that it would give the next mechanic a starting point. I did not drive the car immediately due to the electrical issue. When I moved it a few days later I noticed the front bumper was falling off the car. I called service department multiple times over a week, left messages NO response. When I finally talked to the service manager he of course said it didn't happen at the dealership. I took a pic of my car they day it was dropped off, no damage. He did not want to see the damager. He told me my car really wasn't worth repairing and he can 'hook me up' with the sales department. I turned the claim into my insurance, $5000 worth of damage. And yes, I did get the electrical issue resolved for a fraction on the dealer cost. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. Very unprofessional.

Worst dealer ever. Two years ago I bought a new ecodiesel Wrangler Rubicon. Three weeks ago I noticed some defects in the paint of the body that are causing rust, when I went to this dealer to fix it, since it is still under warranty, they treated me with so much contempt as if I were asking a favor, making me go to other dealers to solve this problem . The client's representative - ERICK MONTERO - Did not want to assist me and when he did, he was very uncomfortable and had no intention of helping with my situation. Supposedly - ERICK MONTERO - He would contact me within 3 or 4 days. IT WAS NEVER LIKE THIS.. Three weeks now, I am still waiting for a solution to the problem, which continues to get worse.... And I still have no news from the dealer. After making this repair, I will never do business at this location again.

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing. While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

I called Buhler a few weeks ago on a Monday morning at 8am freaking out because my radio blew out during an upgrade so Mike in the service dept told me to come right in.. after being turned away from 4 dealerships I was so relieved. I got there & Mike greeted me and reassured me that it'll be fixed. A new radio had to be ordered so he shared my concerns about my battery draining with the radio being stuck in the error mode & he had a tech take the radio back out & disconnected it so I wouldn't have a battery issue. The radio came in yesterday & I brought it in at 7am today & was back in my truck on my way home at 8am. Words can't express how happy I am with the service, the employees & the dealership itself. Lifelong customer from now on. Next purchase we are coming straight to Buhler! Thank you!!

Great people, horrible experience though. After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly. At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience. But it gets better.. After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.

Horrible service experience. Dropped my car off to have a abs light inspected and also a brake inspection. After the diagnosis I stated I would do the work myself and buy the parts. I payed for the diagnostics and when i went to drive out of the lot my car would barely stop and the abs light was worse. then i agreed to do the service there instead of paying for a tow...1100 dollars and 2 days later the truck was no different. Very Very soft braking and abs light still flashing. Cant help but think it was a way for the tech to rack up service bills and make more money off me but it could be an honest mistake. Either way I payed a lot of money for a car that went from having an issue to now borderline undriveable because it takes very very long to stop. Service advisors seemed cool and also frustrated for my issue and didn't seem to try and upsell me in any way like other places but they aren't the ones working on the vehicles.
