Bought a van from them with a 1 year warrenty on engine. 2 weeks in engine went. warrnty was invalid as the engine did not have enough miles on it. agreed to have another engine put in.also with 1 year warrnty. took them 3 weeks. when we asked for the warrenty papaers, we were told they could not get a warrenty as the cars had too many miles on it. makes you wonder if there even was a warrenty. got the car back and 1 week later check engine light came on and car stalled making turns. was told it was the power steering pump and the alternator. had both replaced. stalling problem still there. local kid in my neighborhood looked at car and found 1 engine mount not attatched. took it back. 2 engine mounts not attatched. have had 3 sensors replaced. engine light came on again. they replaced a transmisioion solenod. went we went to pick up car, check engine light still on. when we asked them about it, they gve us back our check and said do not come back here for service. if you buy a car from these people, be prepared for a royal screwing.

Needed work on my '96 Mustang. Brought it to Certified Auto Mall in Howell on Saturday morning. Met with Dave. Explained what was wrong and what I thought it needed. Dave was THE best service manager I have ever dealt with in 35 years. Upfront and he explained everything in layman's terms. He said he would call me in a few hours with an estimate and what was needed. He did exactly what he promised. Called me that afternoon, took the time to explain everything he needed to do and when he could get it done. He kept his word on all counts!! I couldn't get back to the shop since he had my car. He had someone pick me up at home and drive me back to the shop!!! It turned out the guy that picked me up was the owner, Art!!!. Another good guy. Bottom line is the customer service was exceptional and I felt very good about the price (LOWER THAN THE ESTIMATE!!!) and the repairs. I am recommending Certified Auto Mall to all my friends and neighbors.

I took my Jag in for service covered under my extended warranty. Lorraine my tech was pleasant and professional from beginning to end. I received a comfortable loaner vehicle then received my Serviced Car back the next day. Easy peasy. Will come back for future service and possibly a new car.

I wonder if the General Manager of Cherry Hill Nissan makes all the employees of the dealership take a kindness pill every morning. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated as courteously as at Cherry Hill Nissan. All the employees that I interacted with were exceptionally helpful and kind, particularly Dennis Webb in service and Tony in parts... I suppose they must be taking two pills every morning!

Just had a not so nice call with a woman named IVORY who works in the service department. I explained to her that I have an appt already on the books, but my car will not start so I would need to have it towed to the dealership today. Things were going well up until the point where she asked me for my name. I gave her my name and asked for hers as well. She stated that her name was Ivory but refused to give her last name. I did make a comment that it seemed evasive to not want to give her last name but I was fine with it. This UNHINGED woman proceeded to yell at me that she doesn't give her last name because her son was murdered 2 years ago. I then yelled right back at her that I didn't kill her son. She then hung up on me. I called back and reported her to her manager Lisa. I reported her because I think she may need to seek counseling. If asking her for her last name is triggering a traumatic experience, then maybe she should not be answering phones. I do not want this woman to lose her job or anything like that, but maybe a change in duties might be helpful. Briana Blackshear

With a servicing contract, we drive close to 30 miles to reach Olden Ave on a Saturday. We were running late due traffic and was never told when making the appt that the Service Dept were to close early that day. We called ahead and upon arrival, RuthAnn made accommodation and happily took us in for our first Oil Change with tire rotation. We were out in abut 30 min. At another Suby dealer, the wait is usually about 90 min the last 7 years. Thank you RuthAnn. A few services ago at the other Suby dealer, the dipstick was not returned to its location. Went under the hood the next day to take a quick look. All good but noticed the windshield fluid was very low and not topped off.

2015 ram 1500 - Horrible

By far the worst dealership I have ever been associated with. I have had several issues with my new ram since I purchased it in October of 2015. There was a burning smell coming from the vent system for several months after I purchased the ram. After having my truck on at least 10 different occasion to try and remedy the problem, the owner of the dealership declared if "it were up to him he would just take it in the back and spray febreeze in the vents.". THE OWNER!!!! The most recent occureance was this week when I brought the truck in for an oil leak which ruined my new paver driveway. They had my truck all day, never called to say it was finished and when I called them I was told they couldn't find the leak. they said it must be "residual oil from an oil change". of course by the time i got home the truck was leaking oil in my driveway again. The service department is a complete joke starting with the patronizing service manager Ron and his partner who told me I should "only use the truck in 4x4 in the snow." Anyway steer clear of Circle Dodge and everyone in it.
