took my car to hyundai over my key was not working.. george the shop former sent a clip to my iphone of him taking my key apart and pointing to teh part of the circuit board that shorted out..... he said water damage NOT warranty.... not happy to fork over 400 clams for the key but the explaination was CLEAR and transpirant.... not alotof mechanic shops have a george these days im coming back for more work.... i want only him working on my truck

My service manager kept me updated of what was going on and explained what needed fixing and why. He. Was thorough and very pleasant. I w/o continue to use Paramus Hyundai in the future

SEE RESPONSE FROM DEALER BELOW I am actually rating this service department zero stars but it won’t let you post the review unless you give at least one star. Let me start off by saying I never write reviews good or bad. But this time I had to vent. Avoid this service center "STEALERSHIP" at all costs. First off when I bought my Hyundai I was told that I had free oil changes for life. Great. So I try to get a service appointment and they were booked three months out. xxx so I make the appointment. Went in for a 50,000 service. Was quoted about $750. After car was inspected the usual things like $120 extra for cabin and air filters and shop supplies Ok fine. "you need front brakes ok how much. Hold on while I get the price. That will be $989 total. Ok do it.I figured not too bad another $275-300 for the front brake job not too bad. I just had back surgery and usually do this myself. 5 hours later car is ready. Total bill is $1711.41 and that’s with a 33% coupon off on scheduled maintenance services. Turns out that $989 price was just for the front brakes and rotors. I told them you gotta be xxxxtin me! Asked for a manager and some 20 something kid in a suit says I'm the manager. He tells me to hold on a minute you don't understand. I said oh no I understand as I pointed to the artist rendering of the new building that's currently under construction. He says Brake shoes a very expensive like $200 plus dollars and are guaranteed for life. I asked how about rotors. Oh no just the pads. So I laughed in his face and told him I have been working on cars since I was 14 and $989 for a front brake job is ridiculous. I turned around to all of the service advisors who at this point we’re all looking at us and told them this place is a rip off and they would never see me again. I strongly suggest that you take your car to a local repair shop. At least if he rips you off you can argue with the owner directly. This place is the definition of "Stealership". I hope upper management reads this. DEALER RESPONSE I spoke with Devan Prediger service manager today. We had a lengthy conversation. I explained that I believe that I was misinformed or misinterpreted the amount of the total cost of the work. I assumed the total for all the work was approximately $989. As it turned out that was the cost of the bakes alone. I was extremely upset when I was presented with a total of $1,711. I would have never approved the $989 for a single axle brake replacement which according to my research before I went in for service was approximately $350 per axle. This prompted by negative review . Devan apologized for the 4 month wait to get this service appointment and miscommunication and explained the reasons for the delay. I believe we have resolved the issue and I look forward to once again doing business with Wayne Mazda. On the positive side I told him I was impressed with the video from the service mechanic. Therefore I am changing my former rating of this service department and the dealer responded quickly and we came to terms.

My car was diagnosed as needing a tire sensor and when I was finally able to get it installed and there were finally no more lights on my dashboard, I was running an errand and it was raining and chilly and three low tire lights came on. I drove straight to the dealership which fortunately I was just passing and they were awesome! they immediately checked and filled the tires so that I could continue on my way. Thanks guys!! People ask me why I continue to use the dealer for service- well this is why!!

Yesterday my car had an appointment for a Coolant Flush, in accordance with my mileage maintenance schedule. I waited for my car, as I typically do. Tammy was my service rep and she was great. I really appreciate that they never try to “sell” me something my car doesn’t need, or doesn’t need yet. They performed a multi-point inspection, which revealed a couple of items that need to be addressed, Tammy assured me that they were not urgent and could wait until my next service appointment. Everyone is professional, but really nice. Waiting area is always clean and inviting. When it was time to “check out” the ladies were lovely. It’s always a pleasure to take my car for service at Hyundai of Turnersville.

Had a terrible service experience at this dealership and from my conversations with other customers it seems par for the course. I intended to drop the car off on Thursday and it took nearly an hour for someone just to take my keys and intake the vehicle. I was promised that the car would be ready by Friday evening but received no communication to that effect. The manager, John, that was supposed to be handling my vehicle was unresponsive through Friday, Saturday and Monday ignoring both texts and voice calls. It wasn't until after multiple calls to the dealership that I was told that the car was finished by a different team member. If you have any service needed for your Hyundai or Genesis I would highly recommend going elsewhere where the staff is better trained, more communicative, or ideally both

Avoid this place and buying a Hyundai at all costs due to the class action lawsuit for their engine failing. One of the most unethical service departments out there. My car has been consuming ALL THE ENGINE OIL ONLY after 700 miles so I brought it in for oil consumption tests. First they overcharged me twice for services but thankfully I had my calls recorded and they contained to ignore my calls and texts. Then Terry refuses services for the car repairs and process to say "Keeping like this or you can take the car elsewhere for service". This was reported to the dealership manager. But then I brought it my car for the second oil consumption test and they refused to top off the oil and the service manager Erine goes on to say "I don't want to speak with him, he is just playing games" the proceeds to assault me by putting his hands on me and pushes me out the door while refusing service. Then they refuse to issue the check for the refund and stating to never come back to this dealership given I have reports them to Corporate for their 4 instances of unethical practices and negligence.

I purchased my car at Circle Hyundai in 2019. I had to have service in 2025 and Raul in their service department was very helpful keeping me updated. Felicia was also very professional and kind. Abby was polite handling my calls! Their driver Robbie was also wonderful and came to pick me up with inclement weather. Their team is great and I recommend highly!

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing. While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

Great people, horrible experience though. After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly. At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience. But it gets better.. After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.

I got to my appointment early and they made me feel very comfortable..especially Vincent!! He always has a great demeanor and so very friendly!! I will definitely keep coming because of how I feel while waiting!!
