Wish I could give 0 stars. Not the first time we have been burned at this dealership. We were hopeful with the new owners things would change; others having great experiences at their other dealerships. Why hire back terrible people who do nothing but over promise, play with your time, lie to get you in the door and try then to rip you off? Thanks for nothing Steve, again! They have this young girl working there who was rude as soon as we walked in the door. Not wearing a bra with her breasts all over the place; looked like trash. Had no experience, had no business being there! This used to be a great dealership. They refused to give my car back from service as they wanted to make a deal to do a trade. Never got calls back, other departments called saying we missed our appointment, can we come in? Lack of communication everywhere. Service never called back with a rental car. Now they want me to pay them $195 to release my car. This was the worst experience ever and we have bought and sold cars here before more than 3 times. Really disappointed. We will have to travel to another Kia further away as they are dishonest and frankly run a circus over here.

RUN, don't walk away from this dealership. The service dept. Repeatedly lied to me. On a design flaw on my car, where the recall had aged out- they told me "It could not be fixed". When pushed by Nissan Corporate- it could be fixed.. They lied and claimed the engine would have to come out in order to try fixing it - over 3,000 +, plus the actual repair. They stonewalling, stalled and Repeatedly lied. I had it towed out and taken to an honest, competent mechanic who fixed the problem with No engine removal for a small fraction of what these thieves asked. This total lack of morals, ethics and unprofessionalism could Not exist in an honest dealership ! RUN ! ! John G Sparta

I made a service appointment for my mother. Confirmed the appointment. Andre the service advisor messed up the entire appointment then has the AUDACITY TO HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME!! Do yourself a favor and don’t ever get your car serviced from this dealership.

I have tried getting in touch with someone competent to be able to fix my issue with this dealer ..but I decided to write a review to see if the president of open road acura gets in touch to explain the situation .. it all started by an employee withdrawing my personal number to start texting me and after a while I started getting the best service because I was doing a small talk with this person after a while I realized that this person has a husband and I couldn't keep on with this so then I started getting over charged for things I would do to my vehicles to the point where I even got denied access to this place because I didn't keep on with this ... anyone help what do I need to do this is not acceptable. Thanks Mr service guy and manager the people who denied me access and now that I have 2 recalls they denied me also that when as per corporate they can't deny recall services..Any suggestions? Any solutions?

their service department lost my tires that they sold me and refused to take responsibility, I had to take them to arbitration court and finally won almost $2K, but it was very frustrating. At every turn, they did whatever it took to get out of taking responsibility. Worst dealer ever
