As someone whose father has been in the car business for 45 years, and knowing the typical way of the industry - this says a lot. It was a pleasure working with such a pleasant gentleman. 10 year service on my 2012 911 4GTS. Shawn identified the service items my car needed, provided me a loaner car, had his mechanic send a video of items that were checked, helped me identify the best tires for my car based on how I use my car, and had my car back to me as promised. I drive by several Porsche Dealers on my way to Princeton and will continue to do so.

I put a complaint in to Mr. Zanger. I was waiting 6 months for a radio,so I complained to Mr. Zanger. Within two hours, I got an email from Antonio Guzman (manager) that he would see that it was handled. He then got Bill Abrams involved (service manager) who got the radio and within two weeks from the email it was installed. It works great! Special shout out to Mike in parts for contacting me to let me know the radio came in. Also shout out to Val my service writer for his kindness.

Marty was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way on my needed repairs. He evaluated my needs and had the repairs completed in less that 5 hours. He informed me of 2 other issues that I was mot aware of BUT did not push me on the additional repairs needed that he found. I will definitely take mt Impala back to him if I can't do the needed service myself.

My current 2012 Jetta Sportswagen TDI was part of the recall modification program.. Vehicle has 196,000 miles had intermittent starting issues, misdiagnosed by other dealerships and independents. Bought a new Tiguan that was missing a key fob. The key fob was ordered. It had to be programmed. I got to the dealership and my car was taken in within five minutes. It took about 20 minutes and I was out the door. It was absolutely painless. It was a pleasure dealing with the service department and the service manager, Dave in particular.
