I bought my 2005 9-3 at JMK new and have been bringing it there for service ever since. I am happy with their service and quality of work and would recommend them to anyone. My car has only had minor issues, it is there mostly for maintenance. I can see where the experience with the car itself can have an impact on the ratings.

dropped off my car for an oil change on Saturday morning, and was told that it would take about 2 hours to complete the service, i waited about 4 hours and nobody called me about my car. I called the dealership to find out about my car only to find out that the service department was already called and nobody called me. good thing i was able to come pick my car up and pay at the sales department. Very bad service, and very disappointing! Highly doubt I will come back.

Never heard of any garage taking 42 hours to do a front end alignment and change a catalytic convertor. Never dealt with a shop that lies to the customer over and over. Best of all, getting my vehicle back with no gas left in it, low fuel light on. Thanks Kelle!

I needed a tire for my car due to a bubble on the side. I do a lot of highway miles so I needed the tire changed ASAP. I called several Acura dealers and several other tire locations and could not believe not one had the particular tire. I called Kevil and spoke to Carlo who told me he could have the tire by 3. When I arrived at 4 I spoke with Jeff. He knew about the car and squeezed me in to fix the tire. I was in and out in an hour. When it's time for another car I will surely visit this dealer.
