I originally purchased my 2005 Convertible Carrera S from Paul Miller and they are the only place I have the car serviced. The car has less than 25K miles and is the love of my life after my children and husband. I understand you get what you pay for and I believe the mechanics are exceptional. Each year I bring the car for service in April after storing the car with the Porsche purchased charger. I also make the appointment 3-4 months in advance to ensure I receive a loaner car. The evening before my long awaited appointment to use my car once again, I received a call the evening before that there was no loaner available. They offered to cover an UBER back home and again to pick up the car after service but this left me very disappointed. When I arrived at the dealership the next morning, I was informed that they now had a loaner car. Once I received the message from my Service contact, Michael Rose, I proceeded to watch the video provided by the mechanic and the additional invoice indicating I needed to authorize the 4 items being recommended. A new battery, replace pollen filter and engine air filter and perform hydraulic flush (clutch and brake fluid). The total cost was a shock as I have every invoice since purchasing the car and these services have been completed routinely when recommended. I shared the cost each time and the 2026 numbers were shockingly higher. An example is a battery over $1400.00!! Each line item was reviewed with Michael as I shared the previous costs. He spoke with his management and they came back with an adjusted invoice and I authorized all the services. I was very honest with Michael that I don't want anyone else to touch the car other than Paul Miller Porsche but this experience has put a dent in my trust and will cause me to question pricing for now.
