They have a reputation that wraps around the world. It’s OK to purchase the motorcycle there however, do not have service done because all they do is try to scam you and they see you as Dollar Signs no customer service, no dignity or respect towards their client who bought the bike there and they don’t care because they’re such a big dealership but they will continue on even when screwing people over they promise you 10% off and when you pay the bill they only take 10% off parts not labor their service manager Mike I don’t know where they found him but he needs to be replaced immediately, so they can try to rebuild the reputation they have knowing this, I still took my bike for service because I think they have one of the best Ducati mechanics in the state his name is Wes and he told me he’s been losing a lot of money and hurting his pocket due to the service advisors and managers who work there I feel bad for him because the owner should realize what’s going on and address the situation

Nice Facility, very poor customer service. We were looking to buy and not one person talked to us. The salesman stood about 10 feet from us and never asked did we need help. He then walked over and he talked to a person that came in after we did. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes of being ignored, I said this is enough and left. Off to another dealer!
