She , as well as Mazda texted days later to check in to see if there were any questions I had or if I needed anything. Sueann invited me back to go over some things my car had if needed. This is my first Mazda but won’t be my last . This is the place to buy! Great car! Great staff!

This was my second purchase at this dealer of a new car. As it was during my first purchase, my experience was one of the best I've had leasing a new car. My salesperson Dre was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. After an hour or so we arrived at a price that was acceptable to me and inline with my research. Another hour later, I drove away with my new car.

Nolan Solano thsy work in the service department is compassionate and helpful. On March 13, 2025, my car was making a strange sound, so I took it in to be checked. The problem was that I needed 4 new tires and other related services to installing them. I was really stressed, financially and emotionally. Mr Solano took the time to assessed various ways to lower the cost. I really appreciate his ability totaje in consideration that for some of us it's a struggle three days. Natalie

"I am living in NJ, but I purchased my CX-5 yesterday from NY because I noticed that the dealership close to my home had low reviews. I decided to purchase it from NY, and for basic maintenance, I can do it here. Today, I am having difficulty connecting my Mazda app, and it's giving me an error. I called Mazda USA, and I was told to go to any dealership to check it. I went to Open Toad Mazda, and the sales manager, Paul, told me to go to my dealership in NY, as they were the ones who took my money! I was very upset. Another guy from customer service, named Tarek, he was very nice and tried to help me and showed me how to fold the mirror. I understand now why this dealership has low reviews."

Mazda 3 purchase came with lifetime oil changes. They make it hard to get appointments then try to upsell a new battery then was already purchased prior to this derby center. When question the service technician got annoyed. Was told all work was performed within two day low air pressure light came on (Just needed air.)Then the washer fluid all of a sudden has a leak that I think was caused by maple shade Mazda in retaliation for calling then out for upselling services I will never purchase or go back for service free or not from this car dealership.

First time Mazda owner and so far I'm sold. Dropped my car off this morning for a complimentary oil change. I was promptly met by three of the nicest people I have met all day. Melissa, Juanita and Sandy.....you guys' ROCK! These ladies were very professional, but it was more than that. They welcomed me and took the time to explain everything to a T. I see why you three are the faces of the Service Department. I appreciate you very much. It sounds crazy, but you made my day. Thank You, P Wilson
