Had an absolutely terrible time servicing my Alfa Romeo Giulia here. Firstly, the advisors performed work that I did not authorize. Next, they kept my car for an entire week and never provided an update, after claiming it would be done in two days. They never even picked up the phone when I would call to check in. The worst part is that I had to fork out hundreds of dollars for a rental during this whole time. Stressful and terrible situation. Avoid this service department at all costs.

Purchased a Grand Cherokee on 12/01/25. Worked with Adam Foulke in person and Cathy online to set appointment and talk expectations prior to going in person. Both were very friendly and straightforward. Everything I was told over the phone stayed true in person. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen without a fuss. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.
