My family and I traveled over an hour and a half from South Jersey because of the inventory Acura of Ramsey had. Erika Grundinina was our sales person and she was awesome. She allowed us plenty of time to look over the car and test drive it to make sure we liked it. She was helpful with any questions we had and was not pushy at all. Erika worked hard to help reach a price and finance rate we were comfortable with. The dealership was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with drinks and snacks. Very happy with our “like new” 2021 Acura ILX and the buying experience Erika provided. It was well worth the trip and we’ll be back to see her in the future for our next vehicle!

Excellent overall experience!!! They service non Accura cars. I took my Honda Accord EXL there because there pricing is much less than others. Appointments easy to make, appt. and pricing confirmed pre visit. Facility clean, small but with very comfortable seating, complimentary refreshments available, individually wrapped. All employees friendly, nice, complimentary car wash and vaccuming. Over all Short wait time. Christopher Odgers, Service Consultant is exceptional. He was very professionally cordial, very approachable, listens attentively., patient, knowledgeable, readily answered/ explained all of my questions about present and future service needs, in a non condescending manner.

I seen a 2021 CPO RDX on the Open Road Wayne website. I am so glad I drove all the way from Pennsylvania to make my purchase and that Elvis helped me. He was so nice and patient. He assisted me with the Certification, the Acuralink and the bluetooth. Ask for Elvis. He is very knowledgeable and most importantly PATIENT.

The visit to this dealer started quite badly, but the dealership managed to pull the deal together pleasantly. As my wife and I entered the dealership we were met by someone that ended up being a young sales associate. We advised him that we were at the dealership to see one of two salespeople that had been recommended to us. The salesperson at the door assured us that we had to deal with him first before we could talk to the either of the salesperson that we had planned to work with. He also immediately tried to get us into a car that was far above our budget or desire. As he was getting plates and keys, I went to the sales manager to inquire if he was telling the truth that we had to deal with him prior to dealing with the salesperson who we had come to see. The sales manager told us absolutely not. When the original sales person came back, he argued with me and the sales manager, denied that he had claimed that we had to deal with him before dealing with the sales people we had come to work raising his voice in the process. The sales manager told him to go sit down and got us to the sales person we had come to work with. We were able to work to an acceptable deal with Amr on the car that we wanted without dealing with any drama. In fact, it was a pleasant an experience as we could imagine. No aggressive attempts to upsell us or add anything silly into the deal. After the deal was struck Amr kept the rest of the process moving with great deftness, knowledge and service. Just prior to walking out the sales manage Rich gave us some accessories for the car as a way to apologize for our rough start at the dealer. Rating would have been a 5 if it was not for the initial sales person. It would have been a 0 based on the initial contact with the aggressive salesperson.

The Acura RDX drives well but is not worth the money. - brennamaslin1

The Acura RDX drives well but is not worth the money. The gear shift is hard to use, the trunk is too small, and the climate control is not good enough. The infotainment screen looks big enough but everything in it is way too small to see, the navigation system is a nightmare to use. If you don't know the address of where you are going, you are out of luck. I could not find an address 1 mile from where I was. Do not buy and Acura RDX. And I got the RDX with all the options.
