This review relates mostly to the service department, which is excellent. Unfortunately the sales department did not really stand out from the pack in their methods/tactics (at least in 2023), no worse than average but not stellar either. I can only speak as a customer who purchased extended service coverage but I have been well taken care of, and given warranty coverage for problems that I know other dealers have not covered, at least from my research. Both John and Nick were great to work with and very professional, with good advice. They worked with me twice to arrange a loaner car which was always ready to go. I can’t really speak for the pricing since most of what I’ve had done has been covered through the service contract after I bought the car there.

Starting with the cup of coffee in the comfortable waiting area, the shuttle service, the work needed was fully explained,and all the work was completed with my total confidence the car was having the best of care! Scott and Marv made the whole service appointment an excellent one! The service provided was well worth the cost I paid.

Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.

They had my Volvo XC 90 R Design in their shop for over 4 weeks and could not diagnose the source of water intrusion, front end clunking noise and failed to reassemble the front passenger seat correctly after installing heating element. Additionally the right rear door storage been was broken. I left 2 messages on their voice mail over several days with no call back.

I travel a lot for my business and was on my way to a production meeting in Manchester NH when I noticed my Touareag wasn't running right so I happened to stop in Noyes VW and talked with Jon the Service Manager who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jon got one of the tech guys Manny and they took a look at my car after a quick test drive and quick analysis they assured me I would be fine to continue on my trip. They were straight forward and honest and I left there confident I would have no issues. I would recommend anyone to have their car serviced here!

I am from out of town and I noticed the check engine icon lit up in my console. I happened to be driving by and happy to see the dealership. They were very attentive and personable. I was done in less than an hour. The secondary air injection valve was stuck open and I needed a software update. Great experience !

Phenomenal service. Alberto went above and beyond to help me. Today was my first time here. I’ve had bad experiences with Subaru dealerships and last may I had enough and bought a used Tiguan. My one regret is I didn’t purchase it here.
