Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.

For sales I would rate the dealership as a 5 star, in January when I purchased my beautiful F-150 the buying experience was nothing short of great. Fast forward a few months and my beautiful F-150 became an absolute lemon and the experience I received every time from the service department was total lack of caring to the point they made me feel like a skumbag always claiming sorry we can’t duplicate problem then ignoring the fact I had issue recorded time and time again. I lost count of how many times the truck was in the shop with no issues ever resolved including the ones they could duplicate. Truck is scheduled to go back in the shop when they get one of the loaner cars back last week so they can keep fit extended time. Never got a call letting me k ow when I could drop off as promised. Finally had enough and traded my F-150 in at an $8000 loss because dealerships didn’t like the thumping sound it made getting on the gas or how the transmission slammed into gear from park. I caution learn from my mistakes do not use Hillsboro Ford.

Mary spoke to me during my visit to let me know it will not be much longer. She offered me coffee and a snack bar when I first arrived. It wasn't much longer and my car was ready. Excellent experience on the sales and service side. Salesperson was very friendly and had no problem with my wife and I taking the test drive by ourselves. Everyone I've ever talked to on the phone has been very friendly. I have had my car serviced there once and when the bill came I was shocked -- it was much lower than I expected and they fixed or explained everything I asked about. What more can you ask?
