Bought a certified Cadillac XT6 at Banks. Super smooth low pressure. Heard a rattle. I like to wrench so I checked and it was an exhaust isolator that fell out. Easily missed. We only heard it on a super bumpy road. Scheduling was easy, loaner car, got it detailed while we were there. No mix ups or additional costs. Very happy with the service team.

Starting with the cup of coffee in the comfortable waiting area, the shuttle service, the work needed was fully explained,and all the work was completed with my total confidence the car was having the best of care! While driving up north in New Hampshire. I got a service engine light on my 2021 GMC Canyon. I dropped the car off without an appointment and Brad in service was very helpful in resolving the issue. Car was ready the next day! I give the people at Berlin GMC two Thumbs up. They were very helpful and courteous! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

They sold my elderly female neighbor a lemon. Took 3 months to fix. No loaners. Lots of run around and non returned phone calls. The car was brand new but because of issues with it, actually qualified in 2 different ways as a lemon under NH's lemon laws. Do NOT trust this dealership.

Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.
