I drive my car no more than 5000-6000 miles a year and had a complete rear brake job in 2021 or 2022. I felt kind of blindsided and disappointed when Dwayne told me today the computer said my rear rotors were possibly corroded, as I had the car in in July for a recall. I also had it inspected at that time so as to ward off any surprises at sticker time and was told it would pass inspection in November once the front bumper was fixed (it had some jagged edges on it) which I did.

Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.

Mary spoke to me during my visit to let me know it will not be much longer. She offered me coffee and a snack bar when I first arrived. It wasn't much longer and my car was ready. Excellent experience on the sales and service side. Salesperson was very friendly and had no problem with my wife and I taking the test drive by ourselves. Everyone I've ever talked to on the phone has been very friendly. I have had my car serviced there once and when the bill came I was shocked -- it was much lower than I expected and they fixed or explained everything I asked about. What more can you ask?
