If you are looking for a dealership that is down right the best, look no further. My daughter bought a used car from a "mom and pop" dealer. The car has caused her nothing but problems. Devon in the service dept. came to her rescue as did Frank, the mechanic. This car was turned from a nightmare to a pleasure to drive. Thanks to Stratham Mitsubishi who worked with us! My daughter works two jobs to make ends meet. Their prices were always fair, the work was complete and there was NEVER ANY UNNECESSARY WORK DONE. When my dashboard turned into a flashing Christmas tree on the way to Mount Snow I brought my car to Keene. Ryan the tech and his service manager promptly got my car in and found the issues. Yes I admit I neglected to have some parts replaced a few miles back and they noted and replaced those. More importantly my transmission had gone on my 6 cylinder 2013 outback. I received a loaner outback (very nice limited 4cyl package) and was on my way. A short time after I got a call saying my car was ready for pick up. Much appreciate the fast and friendly service here in Keene!

I just bought a Suzuki off craigslist. Needed it inspected so I took it to Suzuki because they specialize in the cars. Was nervous because I'm a female, and I had other garages takes advantage of the situation. Well I made an appointment. Was nervous it would fail. Had a service and got a scratch when they did the recall. Jason the service manager comped the bill and is willing to pick up and deliver my truck for the repair. I am satisfied with his excellent response. Got home and found my tires low. I emailed Jason about it and made an appointment at a local garage for the next day. Jason emailed back asking if he could help. He not only let me bring it back he checked out himself on the lift all four tires. I have to say that he went above and beyond! I won't go anywhere else.

My family owns 3 Saabs, all 9 5's. We have purchased each (at different times) from Tracy Banks and each has been serviced exclusively by them. I don't usually rate business in this way, but I think it is important to support a business that provides excellent customer service. My experience with the dealership has been very favorable. I have owned many other cars including Volvos, Mercedes, and GM cars. My experiences with this dealership have been more favorable than others I have dealt with, hands down. I wouldn't commit the resources to buy 3 Saabs (all new) without having the feeling that I can trust the dealer. Recently, I had a warranty issue with one of my Saabs. In trying to figure out how to proceed and whether or not to have the car towed into the dealership, Loren Mayville walked me through the process of how to best deal with the problem until I could make it in. His advice was right on the mark and I got the car in for service. The work was performed and I picked up the car that evening. As usual, the shop had performed the work without a problem. Also, as usual the car was washed and the interior vacuum cleaned.

My first visit to the new Tulley BMW service center in Manchester was excellent. My car had a brake booster hose that was faulty which BMW recalled. Jay at Tulley explained exactly what the issue was and what would be done to resolve it. His communication was prompt, courteous and very professional. Had made a bad situation great. I am very pleased.

Got my X5 in the fall. It was a change from my audi so took a few months to get used to the ride. Have to say really pleased with purchase. Drives great responsive and comfy. Service is exceptional. Very happy with purchase. Would recommend.
