Worst service experience from Honda, ever. - Disappointed.

Worst service experience from Honda, ever. Never had problems with Honda North Danvers, but sat at Tilton NH for almost 3 hours waiting for service to be completed. Did not receive an apology or a status update at any time. The recent for my visit was because I'd had an "alert" on dashboard for maintenance on brakes, tires etc. Soon after driving off, the "Low Tire Pressure" light came on. I carried on driving home as I still had to prepare for a 3 day road trip.Called Honda as soon a I was home & was told this sometimes happens & to return to Honda! I declined and said I'd prefer to take my car to a more competent service center. Was not impressed.

World class service on our Cayenne Turbo and Macan Turbo! - gcabbott

We had been having our cars serviced at Prime Porsche of Westwood for years. A problem arose with the Cayenne Turbo, and after three attempts, we were still having the same problem. One trip to Porsche of Stratham was all it took for them to correctly diagnose and fix the problem for once and for all. Not to mention, Porsche of Stratham went out of their way to accommodate us, and made the process of dropping off and picking up our cars totally painless. These people are the best!!

I have been doing business with the sales side of portcity for a long time. I love them all. My sales guy Mike and sales manager Brian make buying a car very easy. Though this process went very smooth and well. I had a problem with the 2021 Nissan Altima SR I just bought in January. I noticed this problem and scheduled an appointment to have it brought in to the dealer ship service center. I brought my car in was told we will update you on what we find, I said great! Late that day I received a call From the service manager telling me unfortunately I had a bigger problem then we originally thought and that it would be safe to drive for now. I then informed them I had brought the car in because I was taking a 400 mile trip in it and I did not want to do more damage. He said oh I would not suggest driving it that far and let me keep the rental car I was in. Next day being Friday I heard nothing about whether my car was going to be ready or if they had a plan to fix it. I let it slide thinking the department might be busy. Saturday comes and still nothing. At noon on Saturday I chose to call and see if the service manager was in so I could get an update. I was met with a service advisor that have no idea what was going on with my car had no way of looking to see if there were any update and was told he would leave a note for the manager to call me as that was who I was working with. I said okay I totally understand but I was annoyed that there was no communication. Sunday the dealership is closed to I waited through Monday and heard nothing after a note to call me was supposedly left. Tuesday come and I call at 5:30 in the afternoon as that is when I get out of work and I was met with another service advisor named Sean and he was fantastic very kind listened to everything that I said and understood where I was coming from. But he could not give any update as he did not know what was going on with my car. Come Wednesday 6 days after my appointment. I get a call from the service advisor telling me that they had to order a part for my car it has come in and will be installed that day. I said great please let me know when it’s done. 2 hours ish later I get another call that the part that was sent was the wrong size and now they are working to find a vender to fix my original part. I said okay it happens please let me know when it is done. Wednesday evening service manager calls. It’s all set come and get it. Great. I get there pick it up drive it home seemed okay but not great. The next morning I leave for work and I’m driving down the road to find that the same problem was happening. The car was not fixed. I called was told to bring it back I did and now the car is supposedly fixed. After all of this. I am very disappointed and concerned that my car isn’t actually fixed. I am disappointed that the communication was horrible that none of the staff could tell me what was going on. And that the service manager could not find the time to call me back I had to call several time to try and speak to him. I’m unimpressed and this whole experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth.

I have used Portsmouth KIA for state inspections, oil changes, and repairs on many occasions. Their service is fast, efficient, and fairly priced. Highly recommended!

I have always received excellent service at Portsmout Kia's service department. I live in Cannda and make the drive to Portsmouth because of how great I'm treated. I would normally not post on here, but felt compelled to do so after last week. I had an emergency arise and needed to leave the state and make about a 1,500 mile trip. I was in need of an oil change and called Kia and told them my situation and was told to get there as soon as I could. To make a long story short, I got there about 30 minutes before closing. Buddy and Steve were the only ones there and got it done right away and without any "attitude" I would expect from some places coming in that close to closing time. They treated me right and showed compassion for my situation. Buddy and Steve were life savers that night and earned my respect. Thanks Dave. Thanks Will.

Avoid this dealership and service department. They will sell you an absolute lemon, with a slick smile, and expect you to be happy with it. The absolute bottom of the barrel beings populate this place. Shop for, purchase, and service your vehicle elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.

We had a totally flat tire -- and running tight on time to get to Logan airport. The Quirk Service team jumped into action and had us on our way in 20 minutes. And no charge for an unscheduled visit. Thanks, guys. You made our trip back home a success. You are the best !!

I am from out of town and I noticed the check engine icon lit up in my console. I happened to be driving by and happy to see the dealership. They were very attentive and personable. I was done in less than an hour. The secondary air injection valve was stuck open and I needed a software update. Great experience !

Yes i Rated 5 stars for both Sales and Service . I did shop around and receved good deal! A great Sales experience. NO xx just facts . My first Toyota , But my 5th new Vehicle . The Salesman went out to my new purchase and talked me thru all the options while we both sat in the Vehicle. That was a First . Now the Service Dept I spoke with Don when i called to Schedule my first service and requested the engine oil also be changed .Don was very polite and explained that it was not Due for an oil change yet due to such low mileage . Rochester Toyota did as i ask and did a complete service with an oil change . My experience with Rochester Toyota is all good . *****
