I was open to new or lightly used, but Caleb correctly assessed that an almost-new lightly used vehicle would be a winner for me and showed me two excellent candidates right off. He was wonderfully patient as I took the time I needed to learn about and compare an array of different makes of vehicles at different dealerships. He also answered my many questions since my previous car lacked many modern features. This dealership’s close relationship with the nearby Enterprise Rent-a-Car branch simplified pick up of my new car and return of my rental, eliminating delay and the need for additional logistics.

Purchased a new ‘18 Rogue 5 years ago. All inspections and service was done when due at Peter’s. I recently handed my Rogue over to my son for a cross-country trip. Wanted to get the car “looked over” for any foreseeable issues. Tara in the service department was super friendly, was able to get the car in the next day, and had a few minor issues taken care of that same day! She also pointed out and applied a dealer special discount they were running at the time. A follow-up call a couple days later to make sure everything was ok was greatly appreciated. The attention to details at Peter’s is unusual these days. Because of this, I recently purchased a new Murano. If interested in a new Nissan, I highly recommend Peter’s in Nashua. Their service department is exceptional.

Worth your time - we ended up not buying here as they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for. Dan in particular was awesome! He talked for a while with us about Armada trims, even though he knew they didn’t have what we were looking for on their lot. We ended up taking that advice and buying it at another local dealer that had what we were looking for (‘22 Armada SL). We liked these guys so much that we came back here to look for another car we were purchasing but they didn’t end up going with the Nissan product this time.

Predatory crooks. - Ams

Predatory crooks. These people should be ashamed of themselves. My father went in for an oil change, he came out with a 6,000 bill for rack and pinion, tie rods, computer module ect. They charge for parts upfront, I've never seen this practice in my many years , then while they are telling him all the bad news about his car they are trying to sell him and extended warranty. The car drives fine it has had no symptoms at all to warrant any of this work being done , and it only has 50,000 miles on it. When I called to cancel the work for him I was told there would be a %20 restocking fee. The parts dept tried to tell me they couldn't return the 1600 module because it was electronic. These people are dishonest and I'm not sure how they sleep at night. He will be taking his car elsewhere from now where he's not at risk of being robbed. Taking advantage of the elderly is criminal and if you care for your family keep them far away from Nissan in Lebanon.

Kudos to my salesman Andrew Wyman for his honesty, enthusiasm as well as product knowledge and professionalism. The entire sales process was enjoyable as this dealership did not pressure me into purchasing anything I did not request. In addition, they conveniently arranged my financing through Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation at a very favorable interest rate. Andrew arranged to have my new truck delivered to my doorstep 65 miles away from the dealership. If you are in the market for a vehicle, don't walk but run to this dealership! They are the real deal and treat a customer with honesty and respect. I am a loyal customer of Nissan of Keene.
