I came in for a state inspection and mentioned that I had been losing air in one of my tires. The technician took the time to track down the issue and found corrosion on the rim causing a leak. At my request, he checked the rest of the wheels and found the same problem on all of them. He cleaned up the edges of the rims and applied bead seal, and since then I haven’t lost any air at all. Everyone I interacted with was polite, courteous, and genuinely friendly. The work was thorough, clearly explained, and done right the first time. I've heard and read various reviews about Miller Auto and I would have to say my experience so far has been good. I was having issues with my old car (it was pretty much a lemon) and I told them there was only so much I could afford. They worked with me to find a newer, reliable car with monthly payments in the range I had set for them. I also appreciated the candor of the salesmen when it came to the price of my new car and what I would have to pay monthly. The process was done in a timely manner and I was so glad that they willingly took my old car as a trade in. The salesmen were friendly, helpful, and stayed after hours to ensure I had a car to get home with. All in all, I've had a better experience with Miller Auto than other car dealerships and would recommend it to anyone looking for their next car.
