best deal yet i got approved very exciting my sales person ryan boulter was very helprful and went out of his way to help me to get approved as customer and emplyoee ryan stuck with me through the whole deal and was very patient with me and the deal kept checking in with me and letting me know were we stood at far as deal and what needed to get done to get approved ryan was very helpful and didnt give up on me or the deal kept at it until deal was done ryan also made sure it went through quirk buick gmc is awsome keep the good work

Needed state inspection and oil change on my 22 Colorado. Got scheduled within a week or two. Not a two month wait. Nice waiting room. Pleasant service advisor. Also had some concerns about warranty items. They were addressed and explained. My favorite service perk, my truck was returned washed. This is a pet peeve of mine. I have a new suv from another brand and had a Sedan prior and could never get them washed.

While driving up north in New Hampshire. I got a service engine light on my 2021 GMC Canyon. I dropped the car off without an appointment and Brad in service was very helpful in resolving the issue. Car was ready the next day! I give the people at Berlin GMC two Thumbs up. They were very helpful and courteous! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Sales without service - 2014 Sierra

I experienced a bait and switch style sales pitch, but relented just to get the purchase done with. afterwards the service department was unable to resolve an issue. I scheduled an oil change and as I left, spilt oil was burning off of the exhaust. A trip to another dealership resolved the afore mentioned issue in 20 minutes. Profile GMC is just in it for the Buck! How General Motors can allow them to act as a representative, Is beyond my comprehension. OHHH I said it myself.... It's an ACT!

Greg's oustanding knowledge of vehicles and his professional approach to customers, along with the workmanship of the mechanics, makes me feel satisfied and I never get the feeling I have been cheated, which is the reason I return time and time again and also refer this service department to my friends.
