The service was fine but I don’t know why you make an appointment and then find out when you get there that it’ll be hours later before they even look at your vehicle — I hd no idea I’d be leaving my car there on my only day off filled with errands. Please explain the process beforehand.

Service consultants are very timely and knowledgeable. There is a process which flows smoothly and efficiently. I was kept apprised of the work completed and the functionality of the systems checked and tested. The wait time was reasonable and there is ample seating for customers in the service area.
