It seems that Guy was unaware of my problem but James filled him in on my plight today and they were both very apologetic and issued me a refund. They have reprimanded the employee who gave me such trouble and arranged for a refund. Thank you, Guy and James for your compassion. If you ever have a complaint talk to Guy. He's the one who can take care of it.
