Nick deserves 10 stars instead of 5!
I would like to thank Nick Vosdoganis, the General Manager, at United Nissan in Reno! I had some major problems with the replacement of my door actuators. I sat down and wrote out all of the details of what happened in his service department, and then I met with Nick in person. He was so quick to apologize and tell me how he would do everything in his power to make me a satisfied customer.
First, he ordered and paid for new parts from Infiniti to replace both actuators.
Those parts alone were close to $1000. Next, he ordered and paid for the piece of trim that had been damaged during the repair. Nick gave me a rental car to use for free while we waited for the parts to arrive. Then, he scheduled for the work to be successfully completed. Nick refunded all the money I had paid including all labor charges.
It feels good to know Nick will stand behind his business, so his customers can be satisfied and happy. We need more General Managers like Nick in this world! I really appreciate his honesty and integrity!
