They do service on all cars, though they do have specialty with European imports. They are friendly and professional, and give you a ride to work after you drop the vehicle off. Unlike most places, they will install your own parts for you (instead of denying you if they are your own parts). The work was good and the price was decent, not too low but not too high. There were only a few minor imperfections but I'm a picky guy. Like they used Castrol 5W30 synthetic when the Mercedes dealer uses Mobil 1, 0w40. And after a super-complicated custom job installing my own aftermarket suspension parts, which I was LUCKY to find someone who would do it, they didn't catch that the camber was slightly off (as it always is after a job like this). Whereas the Mercedes dealer did catch it. But I knew that would happen ahead of time and I am very satisfied with these guys. I would go to them again for this job, and also for other jobs where I know exactly what needs to be done.

Don't go over this shop. I took my car over there to repair for my accident damage on the right side, but turn out they damage my left side and try to blame it on the accident and get my insurance to pay them more. Appraiser said it will take 10 business day to repair, My car was in their shop on August 16th, and I MAYBE able to get back the car this weekend on 09/24/2011. I used up all 30 days rental policy and pay for my own now. On top of that, i get a subwoofer and amplifier in the back of my trunk, now they told me it is missing on 09/19/2011 afternoon after they told me i can finally pick up my car on 09/24/2011. Regardless if they do a good job or not (I don't think they will do a good job) DON"T EVER GO THERE. THEY CHARGE HIGH PRICE AND WASTE YOU A LOT OF TIME. I have to call their rep and manager 3-4 times to get a hold on them, they never return call or call you unless they made a mistake. Spend countless time to deal with their problem and mistake while I am a paying customer. The job they charge over $7k for one side damage

COMMENDATIONS for Keith Walton, Toby, & Dane + Drivers Marc and Harlanb. My Jaguar received the best service and care on August 12-13. Keith handled all the details. Dane identified the vehicle problems and ensured proper repairs. Toby greeted me with his ongoing professional manner and assured me he was available if needed.The oil change & normal service was enhanced by the discovery of other critical repairs needed. As always, Keith, Toby, and Dane were professional, friendly, conscientious, accurate, efficient. Everything was explained in advance including cost estimates, and explained again after completion so no misunderstanding would occur. Marc and Harlan graciously transported me to and from home. They were accommodating, service oriented, and people friendly. Since 2011, I have been a loyal Gaudin Jaguar client. The atmosphere and actions have always been THE BEST in every aspect. This Dealership and Staff are Exceptional and the Best Dealership we have ever had work on our vehicles. Here is a snap shot of our Wonderful experience! We had our Range Rover towed to this Dealership from St. George Utah for a transmission default issue that wouldn't allow the vehicle to start. When we arrived ahead of the tow truck, I meet with Service Advisor Richard Ruiz and my wife met with Service & Parts Service Director John Simmons to begin the process of finding the problem. They kept us informed along the entire way. Within a very short time they had found the problem and advised us what was needed to resolve it. They had their master technician take care of the issue and it started right up. They advised us about other issues to improve the vehicles performance, which we had them take care of those issues as well, now our Range Rover runs perfectly. This Dealership and it's staff from the Management to Advisors to Associates are Professionals and First Class. They are very customer service oriented and treated us extremely well. They are Honest and very Fair, they explained everything clearly with us. We live in southern California and my wife and I have made the decision to take our Range Rover and Jaguar to them from now on. They have earned our business and Trust as customers.
