I recently purchased a CX-50 hybrid at Cardinale Way. I initially came in a couple weeks before the purchase to get spec sheets and information. The person that Helped me was Alex Garcia. He was patient and knowledgeable and didn’t push the sale. After visiting several dealerships Alex stuck out so I went back to purchase from him. Unfortunately, I returned in Alex’s day off and was helped out by Beka Abdu. He was helpful and continued the service I expected. He worked with the finance manager to get me the deal I wanted and I left happy. Complimentary Nothin Bundt cake in hand. I even nagged him a bit the next day when I couldn’t find the octane of fuel I need to use in the hybrid and when I realized they had forgotten to give me the thumb drive of my documents, he was still patient and helpful. I am looking forward to shaking his hand again when I come in to pick up my mats and thumb drive. I would and have recommended Cardinale Way to others.
