Wasted my time, I left with a 2024 Cadillac xt4, I didn't want ext warranty because it had 13,00p miles, when I decided not to go through i was treated awful and I'm still waiting for my money they I put down to go back on my card. Second time BMW x3 55,000 so I'm aware of getting gap insurance and extended warranty, I signed contract with certain numbers and when my fiance came to sign the numbers changed, even though other dealerships didn't talk bad about the dealership itself they did advise me if I can get out of my contract to do so because some things I was explaining sounded illegal, I also talked to my Auntie that was there,smh and another customer I didn't explain my bad experience I've had, I just listened to them. I left items in the car I didn't take home that's going to spoil, backpack full of important documentation and to top it off I was told that I was 86 and I'm glad I had a witness with me to verify the treatment.. i suffer from anxiety, ocd, etc and I kept sayimg I didn't want a certain. Salesman because he was knew and every question I asked nobody knew and their main concern was to get signatures. I don't sign things that don't make sense, my information is incorrect, or I feel they are trying to feed me nonsense.. I called my brother in another state for advice, one of my cohort at a dealership in Cali, another where I purchased my Tesla because I know they weren't going to steer me wrong. I had a cosigner and ended up with another one that said wouldnt be effective. I got so many different answers from one Chapman on Sahara to the one on Autoshow mall, I'm a researcher, advocate so I do know how to use my voice.. The treatment there was horrific, since my credit was ran so many times, that's why we stayed.. At the end of the day I'm about customer service and the one that said they are refusing services from me don't have the authority to make that decision.. It's so much I can say, I even called the resolution. Specialist through capital one and I will be calling again after I rest because I've been dealing with Chapman since 7/7 -7/25 and just ended up with free rentals to say. I don't like how the numbers changed when my fiance came to sign and I advised him not to sign because I was told I signed the contract so it can't be changed so it is what it is, well my fiance didn't.. Somebody that's over the sales floor showed call me because I went up there asking g for Jay and ended up with the same 2 people I didn't want to do business with or get commission of my couns..
