I have purchased many vehicles before . This by far the most pleasant experience I ever had. There were no high pressure sales tactics. They are very accommodating. Really curtious, friendly staff. Always pleasant. Nice waiting area. Only issue is my rep never tells me when the car is ready. My car is sitting outside and I have to tell him it's ready despite asking for him to text. Second visit this has happened. So next visit I asked for new rep. He is very nice and helped me check out since my rep was missing. Jeremy is his name. Highly recommend him. Overall I have great service from mechanics and service staff.
