No pressure...just great customer service. In summary it was a great sales experience and I'm very happy with my truck. I highly recommend Henderson Chevy. 5 star dealership!

They worked the way I like to work. I don't do the whole "sitting in the dealership" B.S.... I came in, test drove the vehicle, then gave the salesman my number and said "call me with your best offer". We did it all over phone and text till we came to a deal. Came in, signed the papers, was out of there quick. If they had tried to pressure me to sit in the dealership while they "worked on a deal", I would have walked out. They did good.

Service needs competent mechanics. $1000 charged and still didn't fix the problem. Returned 500 miles later with same problem. They called and said it would be $3500 to fix. I asked why they didn't fix the problem the first time. He stated "he didn't know". I asked if they would credit the $1000 I had already spent. Just a definite "NO". I have bought 4 new trucks from them and this is the way they treat their valued customers. They use to be a great place to do business, but not anymore.
