I recently bought a 2026 Trail Boss. - jmullens41
I recently bought a 2026 Trail Boss. This is the 4th vehicle I've purchased from Henderson Chevy. Once again they made my purchase stress-free. Fleet manager Dan Gough really did a great job. No pressure...just great customer service. In summary it was a great sales experience and I'm very happy with my truck. I highly recommend Henderson Chevy. 5 star dealership!

" Ajay" is the best! - frannieann
" Ajay" is the best! I really enjoyed working with him on buying my new GMC. He is very personable and a real asset to your dealership business. The young man in the parts dept. also. Thank You, Frances
Both Tim and Jonathan were great. - RICKT
Both Tim and Jonathan were great. ..Sat with us for about 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get my GM first responder discount, which they finally did. My deal also included the Costco discount price, with a savings of about 3K on my truck. Very happy with champion Chevrolet but highly recommend.

The service consultant was excellent, scheduling was as I - gshedski
The service consultant was excellent, scheduling was as I needed and I was met promptly and professionally. However upon further examination there is an oil leak probably due to a plug or filter leak. The service performed was an oil and filter change . A service schedule was given upon my findings .
Checked my truck in for service on Wednesday morning. - Disappointed
Checked my truck in for service on Wednesday morning. Never heard anything. 2 phone calls and an email. Never heard anything from my advisor. Picked the truck up Monday. Nothing was done. The tech said service manager will call me and uber reimbursement. Never heard anything thing. The tech and service manager are liars. Never again.
Service needs competent mechanics. - foxyies1
Service needs competent mechanics. $1000 charged and still didn't fix the problem. Returned 500 miles later with same problem. They called and said it would be $3500 to fix. I asked why they didn't fix the problem the first time. He stated "he didn't know". I asked if they would credit the $1000 I had already spent. Just a definite "NO". I have bought 4 new trucks from them and this is the way they treat their valued customers. They use to be a great place to do business, but not anymore.
