I recently bought a 2026 Trail Boss. This is the 4th vehicle I've purchased from Henderson Chevy. Once again they made my purchase stress-free. Fleet manager Dan Gough really did a great job. No pressure...just great customer service. In summary it was a great sales experience and I'm very happy with my truck. I highly recommend Henderson Chevy. 5 star dealership!

Both Tim and Jonathan were great. ..Sat with us for about 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get my GM first responder discount, which they finally did. My deal also included the Costco discount price, with a savings of about 3K on my truck. Very happy with champion Chevrolet but highly recommend.

So the dealership is great, good selection, clean - nice people. But I’m here to talk about Janet, this beautiful woman has gone above and beyond several times for me and my husband, and all the family we’ve sent her over several years, I will not go to anyone else or recommend anyone else to family. The first time I came in I was just a baby who had no idea how credit worked with a beat up truck that definitely shouldn’t have been driven there, and Janet not only helped me into a car I could afford, but mentored me in how to raise my credit, so that when I was ready I could come get what I wanted, instead of just what I could afford. She doesn’t make you feel stupid for asking questions, and she always makes sure that you understand what’s going on so that you’re not just rushing into this blind. Cannot recommend Janet enough, love that woman.

They don’t explain what every button is for on the vehicle. I can’t even find how to turn the fog lights on. I have to go to U2 to figure it out.

Service needs competent mechanics. $1000 charged and still didn't fix the problem. Returned 500 miles later with same problem. They called and said it would be $3500 to fix. I asked why they didn't fix the problem the first time. He stated "he didn't know". I asked if they would credit the $1000 I had already spent. Just a definite "NO". I have bought 4 new trucks from them and this is the way they treat their valued customers. They use to be a great place to do business, but not anymore.
