My salesman, Sayhan, was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, making the process enjoyable and smooth. Greg Clifford, the Internet Sales Manager who has helped us with previous purchases, went above and beyond with his kindness and genuine care for our experience. Justin in finance covered all the details seamlessly, adding to the ease of the entire process. This team truly exemplifies top-notch customer service, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Audi. I recently had my Audi serviced at Lithia Audi of Reno. The dealership worked on the car for a matter of hours and charged $893.37 in “Labor Fees”; the actual parts cost roughly $100 combine. When I spoke with a Service Manager about this he told me that it was “Industry Standard”. This place is a rip-off and they will take advantage of you! I would recommend staying away, I will be!
